HawkChain Review: 2% a day Dubai Boris CEO Ponzi
HawkChain provides no verifiable information about who owns or runs the company on its website.
HawkChain’s website domain (“hawkchain.com”), was first registered in January 2021. The private registration was last updated on June 4th, 2022.
HawkChain’s current website appears to have gone live on or around June 2021.
HawkChain’s official FaceBook page was created June 12th, 2021. HawkChain’s official YouTube channel was created on July 6th, 2021.
HawkChain’s launch video was uploaded to YouTube on March 17th, 2022:
On its website, HawChain falsely represents it has been around since 2018.
The actor playing Dwight appears to be based out of Dubai.
The above is a promo shot for Ski Dubai, an indoor ski resort in the UAE. Here’s another one:
I wasn’t able to pin down a name but this suggests the actor playing Dwight is based out of Dubai.
On May 10th HawkChain uploaded a followup Boris CEO video, this time featuring “Oliva Bardot”:
Oliva Bardot is in fact Hanane Spiers:
Hanane Spiers is an actor who, at least as of 2017, represented she was based out of the UK.
We can tie Spiers to Dubai via a July 2021 Russian puff-piece covering a nail salon in Dubai.
UK studio Jam Pond Photography provides us with some more recent Hanane Spiers headshots:
From its Boris CEO marketing videos we can assume HawkChain is being run out of Dubai.
Authorities in Dubai turn a blind eye to MLM related fraud. Combined with limited extradition treaties, Dubai provides a safe-haven for scammers from around the world.
BehindMLM considers Dubai the MLM scam capital of the world. As a general rule, it’s safe to assume any MLM company with ties to Dubai is a scam.
Boris CEO schemes are typically the work of scammers in Russia and/or Ukraine.
Likely due to the ongoing war in Ukraine and associated Russian sanctions, it appears the Boris CEO Ponzi factory has moved to Dubai.
SimilarWeb currently ranks top sources of traffic to HawkChain’s website as Italy (39%), Poland (13%), Tunisia (10%), Sweden (7%) and Madagascar (7%).
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
HawkChain has no retailable products or services.
Affiliates are only able to market HawkChain affiliate membership itself.
HawkChain’s Compensation Plan

The MLM side of HawkChain pays on recruitment of affiliate investors.
HawkChain affiliates earn 10% of funds invested by personally recruited affiliates.
HawkChain pays residual commissions via a binary compensation structure.
A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):
The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.
Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.
At the end of each day HawkChain tallies up new investment volume on both sides of the binary team.
Affiliates are paid 10% of funds invested on their weaker binary team side.
Note that residual commissions are capped daily, based on how much a HawkChain affiliate has invested:
- Bronze tier affiliates can earn up to $2000 a day
- Silver tier affiliates can earn up to $4000 a day
- Gold tier affiliates can earn up to $7000 a day
- Platinum tier affiliates can earn up to $10,000 a day
- Diamond tier affiliates can earn up to $15,000 a day
HawkChain affiliate membership is free.
Full participation in the attached income opportunity requires a minimum $100 investment.
HawkChain solicits investment in bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, dogecoin, tron ripple and tether.
HawkChain is your typical Boris CEO Ponzi scheme.
HawkChain represents it generates external revenue via “in-house traders”.
Hawkchain uses advanced charting functionality that allows their in-house traders to visualize orders, positions, and price alerts, modify order properties, and annotate to their trading strategy.
Trading is the go-to ruse for MLM crypto Ponzi scammers.
Despite their claims, HawkChain provides no evidence it is engaged in trading of any kind. Nor is any evidence provided demonstrating HawkChain uses external revenue to pay affiliate withdrawals.
As it stands the only verifiable source of revenue entering HawkChain is new investment.
Using new investment to pay affiliate withdrawals makes HawkChain a Ponzi scheme. The MLM side of the business adds an additional pyramid layer to the scheme.
As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.
This will starve HawkChain of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
