Galionex Review: Russian AI crypto trading ruse Ponzi
Galionex fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.
Galionex’s website domain (“galionex.io”), was privately registered on July 1st, 2023.
Galionex has one marketing video on its YouTube channel. It’s a robo-dub over stock footage, which is typical of non-native English speaking admins.
Further supporting this is Galionex’s official marketing material being created on a Mac set to Russian language:
This strongly suggests whoever is behind Galionex has ties to Russia. Ukraine is also a possibility.
In an attempt to appear legitimate, the Russians behind Galionex provide Australian incorporation certificates for Galionex PTY LTD.
Due to the ease with which scammers are able to incorporate shell companies with bogus details, for the purpose of MLM due-diligence these certificates are meaningless.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

- volume across levels 11 to 20 of the unilevel team is counted at 50%
For an explanation of the unilevel team see “Referral Commissions” below.
Referral Commissions
Galionex pays referral commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Galionex caps payable unilevel team levels at twenty.
Referral commissions are paid as a percentage of funds invested across these twenty levels based on rank:
- Rank 1 affiliates earn 3% on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) and 1% on levels 2 and 3
- Rank 2 affiliates earn 4% on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on level 3

Galionex Conclusion
Galionex represents it generates external revenue via AI crypto trading.
Galionex fails to provide evidence it pays withdrawals with trading revenue.
Furthermore, Galionex’s business model fails the Ponzi logic test.
If Galionex already has an AI trading bot capable of generating 740% annually, what do they need your money for?
Finally on the regulatory front, Galionex’s passive returns investment scheme constitutes a securities offering.
Putting aside it has registered a shell company with bogus details, outside of Australia Galionex fails to provide evidence it has registered itself with financial regulators.
This means that at a minimum, Galionex is committing securities fraud.
As it stands, the only verifiable source of revenue entering Galionex is new investment.
Using new investment to pay affiliate withdrawals would make Galionex a Ponzi scheme.
As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.
This will starve Galionex of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
Hi there,
Regarding the domain name at the beginning of your article – I believe you refer to galionex (dot )io, instead of com; is that right?
Correct. Thanks for catching that.
