Fidex Corp Review: Daily returns MLM crypto Ponzi
Fidex Corp fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.
Fidex Corp’s website domain (“fidexcorp.com”), was first registered in 2016. The private domain registration was last updated on May 5th, 2022.
This is likely on or around when Fidex Corp’s owners took possession of the domain.
In an attempt to appear legitimate, Fidex Corp provides two US addresses on its website; one in Texas and one in Delaware.
These appear to be random office blocks that have nothing to do with Fidex Corp.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Fidex Corp Conclusion
Fidex Corp’s website is populated with a bunch of finance baloney, none of which has anything to do with their MLM opportunity.
Yesterday BehindMLM reviewed Apex376 Partners, a Ponzi scheme with a similar strategy.
Apex376 Partners is suspected to be run by scammers from Malaysia. Fidex Corp has a possible tie to Malaysia through use of a a Malaysian private domain registration service.
It’s possible the same owners are behind both schemes.
Fidex Corp is a simple MLM crypto Ponzi scheme. As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.
This will starve Fidex Corp of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
What do SEC says about this company?
I would like to know more about this company on a deeper scale , that it only accepts “crypto” as a payment and they exist in US makes it all very strange and risky.. Whats the report of their revenue?
Sounds like a Bernie madoff company Inc.
The SEC doesn’t publicly comment on MLM companies.
You can verify Fidex Corp is not registered with the SEC and is therefore committing securities fraud and operating illegally though.
Unless it’s an audited financial report filed with a regulator, it’s made up.
But how can they still be active tho.. US has one of the most toughest laws for investment etc? Especially when it comes to crypto payouts from an non transperent company like this.
I would really appriciate if you can do some investigation on this. Are they paying members in fiat for US citizens maybe?
Fidex Corp doesn’t have any actual ties to the US.
And regulation takes time. The majority of crypto Ponzi schemes come and go too fast for the current regulatory framework. Only the major ones are around long enough to attract attention.
Oh i see.
So they dont have any ties to US at all.. Thats kinda intresting of building a “safe zone” that they have 2 so called offices in Us wich has nothing do with fidexcorp itself.
The other intresting part is that have a number on their website : Tel: (removed), is it dailing to a indian call center tho?:D
Something you’ll learn early on in getting better at due-diligence is most of the waffle on Ponzi websites is bullshit.
According to their “Live support” the CEO of fidex Corps name is Robert Tristan, you know that guy from somewhere?
Yeah he’s from the book of Boris. Random made up executive name #14,595.
ha ha ha lol.. Seems like you dont have an real answer to my question then.
Do you have any news? I’ve not been paid since 18.07
If you haven’t been able to withdraw since mid July I think you already know what’s happened.
Sorry for your loss.
