edX AI Review: Quantitative trading “click a button” app Ponzi
edX AI fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.
edX AI’s website domain (“edxai-usdt.com”), was privately registered on April 25th, 2024.
Of note is edX AI’s website domain being registered through the Chinese registrar Alibaba (Singapore).
In an attempt to appear legitimate, edX AI provides a FINCEN MSB registration certificate for EDX INC. EDX Inc. is represented to be a New York shell company.
The certificate is meaningless, primarily due to FINCEN not being a financial regulator.
Additionally due to the ease with which scammers are able to incorporate shell companies with bogus details, for the purpose of MLM due-diligence any related certificates are meaningless.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

edX AI Conclusion
edX AI misappropriates the name and branding of the online learning platform edX.
edX is a US for-profit online education platform owned by 2U since 2021. The platform’s main focus is to manage a variety of offerings, including elite brand bootcamps.
edX AI has nothing to do with edX the actual company.
edX AI is yet another “click a button” app Ponzi scheme. edX AI’s “click a button” Ponzi ruse is quantitative trading.
The presented ruse is edX AI affiliates log in and click a button (the more invested the more the button needs to be clicked). This initiates a scripted “quantification process”.
Initiating the “quantification process” purportedly generates revenue via quantitative trading, which for some reason edX AI shares a percentage of with affiliate investors.
If that makes no sense it’s because it doesn’t. Randoms clicking a button in an app doesn’t trigger quantitative trading.
In reality clicking a button inside edX AI does nothing. All edX AI does is recycle newly invested funds to pay earlier investors.
edX AI is part of a group of “click a button” app Ponzis that have emerged since late 2021.
Examples of already collapsed “click a button” app Ponzis using the same quantitative trading ruse include GICAI, FCBQE and DCPTG.
Including edX AI, BehindMLM has thus far documented over a hundred “click a button” app Ponzis. Most of them last a few weeks to a few months before collapsing.
“Click a button” app Ponzis disappear by disabling both their websites and app. This tends to happen without notice, leaving the majority of investors with a loss (inevitable Ponzi math).
The same group of Chinese scammers are believed to be behind the “click a button” app Ponzi plague.
Update 19th May 2024 – edX AI has collapsed.
The Central Bank of Russia issued an edX AI pyramid fraud warning on May 17th. Today edX AI’s website is no longer accessible.
