DynaMaxx Review: Supplements + autoship recruitment
DynaMaxx fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.
DynaMaxx’s website domain (“dynamaxx.com”), was first registered in 2009. The private registration was last updated on August 20th, 2023.
In sussing out Dynamaxx’s website I found three social media profile links to Gemini Network. Although the links still exist on Dynamaxx’s website, Gemini Network’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram profiles have all been deleted.
In any event this led me to Jay Archer:
On LinkedIn Archer cites himself as owner of both Gemini Network and DynaMaxx. DynaMaxx appears to have been founded in 2009.
Why Jay Archer isn’t disclosed as owner and CEO on DynaMaxx’s website is unclear.
In April 2023 Full Alliance Group announced it was merging with DynaMaxx.
Full Alliance Group, Inc. operating in the health and nutraceutical space, as part of its plan to build organically and buy strategically, announces it has entered into a plan of merger with DYNAMAXX International LTD.
DYNAMAXX is a holding company operating in the direct selling channel with its main operations in the United States and Canada.
Full Alliance Group has its own website up, on which Dynamaxx is listed as one of “our companies”.
Gemini Network isn’t featured on Full Alliance Group’s website. Additionally, Gemini Network links I found redirect to DynaMaxx.
This suggests that Gemini Network collapsed sometime after launching in 2018.
Although no corporate address is provided on Dynamaxx’s website, on FaceBook Archer cites himself as a Florida resident. Full Alliance Group is also based out of Florida.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Retail commissions are paid as the difference between the retail and wholesale price of products ordered.

DynaMaxx Conclusion
Dynamaxx being a fifteen year old MLM company shows.
First off we have “faceless corporation syndrome”. DynaMaxx’s website is devoid of leadership details and this is never a good look for an MLM company.
Perhaps the best example of neglect in keeping up with the times is in DynaMaxx’s compensation plan:
Dynamaxx has twenty ranks in its compensation plan. This is mostly due to insignificant incremental increases tied to residual commission increases (often only GV increases from rank to rank).
I could let this slide but take a look again at the qualification example provided above. I had to read the qualification (and explanation footnotes) multiple times before it sunk in.
And the reason for that is Dynamaxx ramming retail volume requirements into what was clearly intended to be an autoship recruitment scheme.
Before we get into why that’s problematic, here are the two primary indicators of intent behind DynaMaxx as an MLM opportunity.
First we have DynaMaxx’s “autoship” definition:
The Autoship/Subscription/Recurring Order (AS), (SUB), (RO) program is the way Members can guarantee their monthly personal volume qualifications.
Autoship should never be considered a way to make up volume to earn commissions. Any time you see this an MLM company is basically admitting to running an autoship recruitment scheme.
The second indicator is mandatory affiliate autoship:
Active Qualified Member – A Member, who during the last five pay periods (current pay period week plus last four weeks), has placed an order for at least 70.CV.
This is buried towards the end of DynaMaxx’s compensation plan. And it also directly contradicts footnote one, which states;
Minimum Personal Volume can be met with personal purchase or with additional 100CV in Personal Customer Volume to the Rank requirements.
Clearly with mandatory affiliate autoship required, the second option is moot.
The saving grace of DynaMaxx’s compensation plan is the requirement for retail customers – both the amount of customers and sales volume.
Typically I’d applaud an MLM company focusing on retail but here it feels like a compliance afterthought. Functionally DynaMaxx affiliates will have to generate retail sales to qualify for commissions – but the company has left in (presumably) legacy pyramid aspects of its compensation plan.
The quick fix here is a revamp, focusing on retail and getting rid of all the unnecessary forced autoship recruitment. This would simply DynaMaxx’s compensation plan, possibly even allowing the company to reduce the amount of ranks (this isn’t a deal-breaker though).
As to DynaMaxx’s products, I didn’t see anything that really stood out from a marketing perspective. “Lights On” and “Lights Out” was a novel way to brand energy/sleep supplements, but otherwise DynaMaxx’s offering is generic white label made by an undisclosed third-party.
Not really something that’s readily marketable to retail customers, which could pose a problem for DynaMaxx affiliates trying to meet rank retail requirements.
Taken as a whole DynaMaxx’s compensation plan does meet the compliance bar but it’s done in a messy way. There’s plenty of room for improvement here.
