Drip Network Review: 1% a day DRIP token Ponzi scheme
Drip Network provides no verifiable information about who owns or runs the company on its website.
Drip Network’s website domain (“drip.community”), was privately registered on March 22nd, 2021.
The registration was last updated on December 28th, which correlates with an uptick in Drip Network website traffic throughout December 2021.
While it doesn’t provide any verifiable ownership information, Drip Network’s website attributes company ownership to the aliases “Forex_Shark” and “BB”.
These correspond to the Telegram accounts “Forex_Sh4rk” and “BBbest123” respectively.
A few hours ago the YouTube channel “Crypto Atlas” uploaded an interview with “Drip Network & Animal Farm Creator Forex Shark”.
Forex Shark is represented by an image. He does however have a North American accent.
Perusal of Drip Network’s official whitepaper reveals one of the admins behind it goes by “Mark”.
Alexa currently ranks top sources of traffic to Drip Network’s website as the US (41%), Australia (7%) and Canada (5%).
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
Drip Network’s Products
Drip Network has no retailable products or services.
Affiliates are only able to market Drip Network affiliate membership itself.
Drip Network’s Compensation Plan
Drip Network affiliates invest cryptocurrency into BR34P tokens.
Once acquired from Drip Network, BR34P tokens can be converted to DRIP tokens.
Once acquired, DRIP tokens are parked with Drip Network on the promise of a 1% daily ROI.
A 2.5% bonus is paid if an investment is made if the person who recruited you has recruited five or more affiliate investors.
Drip Network returns are capped at 365%, after which new reinvestment is required to continue earning.
Drip Network do not publish the current internal BR34P or DRIP token values.
The MLM side of Drip Network pays on recruitment of affiliate investors.
Referral Commissions
Drip Network pays referral commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Drip Network caps payable unilevel team levels at fifteen.
Referral commissions are paid out across these fifteen levels, subject to the following qualification criteria;
- have and maintain 2 BR34P tokens in your attached wallet = unlock commissions on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates)
- have and maintain 3 BR34P tokens in your attached wallet = unlock commissions on level 2
- have and maintain 5 BR34P tokens in your attached wallet = unlock commissions on level 3
- have and maintain 8 BR34P tokens in your attached wallet = unlock commissions on level 4
- have and maintain 13 BR34P tokens in your attached wallet = unlock commissions on level 5
- have and maintain 21 BR34P tokens in your attached wallet = unlock commissions on level 6
- have and maintain 34 BR34P tokens in your attached wallet = unlock commissions on level 7
- have and maintain 55 BR34P tokens in your attached wallet = unlock commissions on level 8
- have and maintain 89 BR34P tokens in your attached wallet = unlock commissions on level 9
- have and maintain 144 BR34P tokens in your attached wallet = unlock commissions on level 10
- have and maintain 233 BR34P tokens in your attached wallet = unlock commissions on level 11
- have and maintain 377 BR34P tokens in your attached wallet = unlock commissions on level 12
- have and maintain 610 BR34P tokens in your attached wallet = unlock commissions on level 13
- have and maintain 987 BR34P tokens in your attached wallet = unlock commissions on level 14
- have and maintain 1597 BR34P tokens in your attached wallet = unlock commissions on level 15
Drip Network’s compensation plan states that 10% referral commissions are paid out.
Whether this is 10% per level or 10% across ten levels is unclear.
Withdrawal Penalties
If a Drip Network affiliate attempts to withdraw 1% to 10% of the invested funds balance, Drip Network penalizes them as follows:
- withdraw 1% of invested fund pool = 5% fee
- withdraw 2% of invested fund pool = 10% fee
- withdraw 3% of invested fund pool = 15% fee
- withdraw 4% of invested fund pool = 20% fee
- withdraw 5% of invested fund pool = 25% fee
- withdraw 6% of invested fund pool = 30% fee
- withdraw 7% of invested fund pool = 35% fee
- withdraw 8% of invested fund pool = 40% fee
- withdraw 9% of invested fund pool = 45% fee
- withdraw 10% of invested fund pool = 50% fee
Fees collected are purportedly funnelled back into Drip Network.
Joining Drip Network
Drip Network affiliate membership appears to be free.
Full participation in the attached income opportunity requires investment in and maintenance of BR34P tokens.
Drip Network Conclusion
Back in February 2021 the BR34P shit token was launched on the binance blockchain.
Two months later DRIP was launched:
Drip Network is a closed-loop Ponzi scheme, created to primarily benefit Forex_Shark”, “BB” and the rest of the early scammers who got in before you.
Essentially DRIP is a BEP-20 shit token attached to a second BEP-20 shit token.
Drip Network is a Ponzi scheme you participate in by investing other BEP-20 shit tokens.
Welcome to the MLM crypto cesspool.
Underneath the crypto bro jargon is the math that governs all Ponzi schemes. You can’t withdraw more than is invested.
What makes Drip Network particularly nefarious is this:
If there’s a situation where the tax pool is not enough to pay drip rewards, new DRIP will be minted to ensure rewards are paid.
In the event Drip Network is heading to collapse, new DRIP tokens are created out of thin air to create the illusion of stability.
On the backend you can’t create withdrawal capital out of thin air. So all you’re really doing is convincing morons they still have a shot, when in reality they still can’t actually withdraw.
Signs Drip Network is heading towards collapse are already present, by way of a second Ponzi launch.
Earlier this week Animal Farm was announced. Animal Farm also goes by “The Manor” and “Manor Farm”.
Regardless of what you call it, Animal Farm is the same “yield farming” Ponzi bullshit.
In place of DRIP token you have REV token. And naturally the Ponzi is themed on George Orwell’s Animal Farm novel.
It kicks off like most farms, however the animals are preparing to revolt and take ownership of what is rightfully theirs.
Help prepare for the revolution by farming, buying and staking the L1 native farm token (REV).
I wasn’t kidding when I said this stuff is for morons.
Animal Farm is a two-layer Ponzi scheme. Due to it not being MLM I haven’t wasted any time on it.
As with all shit token Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up both Drip Network and Animal Farm will be unable to honor withdrawal requests.
This will lead to a collapse, resulting in the majority of investors bagholding worthless shit tokens.
Crypto clover and crypto blacksheep, and a guy called Christoph Huber (Norbertron), are the main guys
Christopher Mason is Blacksheep crypto / blacksheepcrypto

Crypto Clover, the US BitConnect scammer who fled the country and eventually settled down in South America to spend his ill gotten gains?
Colin Powell think his name is, was a member of the TG, looked like a Ponzi so been following, not entered.
Think they are the top of the down lines on US, Europe.
Have some of the wallets if you want as it was published in the TG

This is Christopher Mason (CryptoBlackSheep/BlackSheepCrypto)
ibb.co/qFNXXZZ
No picture of Norbertron (Cristoph Huber) but you have him in another article : https://behindmlm.com/mlm-reviews/moonberg-review-mooncoin-ponzi-token-investment-fraud/
CryptoClover is same guy you mention.
I know Christopher he is a crypto influencer from Las Vegas that does Youtube streams.
He helped with the DRIP idea along with Clover. So sad he continued to promote MLM Ponzi’s after ARBitraging, Moonberg, Bankroll and Flow fell apart leaving many out of pocket.
He has bragged and show USD 2,000,000 worth of drip in his wallet and over 900 poor souls under him that he used to buy things like an RV and a Dodge Hellcat Truck.
He doesn’t care if his downlines get burnt it’s all about him and money like all influencers.
So Drip Network and now Animal Farm are basically a bunch of scammers who have been crypto Ponzi’ing people for years.
Link to owners of wallets and their wallets: (link removed, see #14)
So this Christoph Huber ran a scam called Moonberg a while ago, and is now running Drip/AF? Or is he a top promotor?
Thanks Nik, didn’t realize it was a continuation of prior MLMs but turns out it’s well documented – lot of the same people in here

Cool, thanks for sharing. Some names pop up in different branches, like firedragon and white rhino.
This PDF file, I can’t view it natively. The text is microscopic, even at max zoom.
Just me or is everyone having to copy/paste to read anything?
edit: nope, the text isn’t copying. What is this, a PDF for ants?

Pretty much every bottom-feeding crypto MLM promoter has hopped on this bandwagon.
Vitaliy Dubinin has been shilling it hard. gyazo.com/28a4755af07f56a9d6334760db46ef56
I’ve made a video going through your amazing article and I’m getting so much hate and I’m losing my reputation.
Ahah I don’t care, people can’t hear the truth.
youtube.com/watch?v=U8_hquG0gR4
@18 Predir Capital – Fooking Crazy how intertwined all this is across many platforms, thanks for the in-depth look!
Bottom feeding scammers you got that right. The only ones making $ are those scamming others to signup under them, as with any mlm.
You have a gang with Christopher Mason (Crypto8lack5heep) and Shane (DoubleDown_Shane) couch surfing bums and cryptohustlers, and rich dudes Michael Harrill (pacecarmike), MadDog doing the rounds and even an ex-con Eduardo Castillo (enjgold) shilling mega scams from ARB, Moonberg, BLISS and BSCPoker to DRIP and Animal farm.
They are all in it to win it and you to loose it!
Images of the players and some of their wallets (extracted from their telegram group).
ibb.co/9nnQYcS
ibb.co/sFKTyD9
You got to see it to believe it. These people are all connected in the ponzi game I am telling yall.
Dizzle D, E K and Shane are attacking that youtuber kid for speaking what everybody knows.
You just know they all got in on a presale piece of drip so want to protect their daily cash out.
Check it out they have also a copycat contract called degen protocol that they be trying to protect and promote. Ponzi games again!
How is it that if they’ve all been involved for many years in many Ponzis that they are still walking the streets? Without fear!
This is a complicated answer. First, people who were victims won’t file a complaint. If no complaint filed, no investigation.
It takes a lot of people filing a complaint to get an investigation started and the amount of the dollar loss has to be significant.
You just can’t say it is a Ponzi in your complaint, which many claim when they do file a claim.
Many of the people running these Ponzi’s live in countries that do not have extradition treaties, so they can’t be extradited for their crimes.
Or when their Ponzi collapses, they move to a country that doesn’t have an extradition treaty. The favorite hideout now is Dubai.
Some country regulators do not pursue an investigation or file criminal charges. They punt it to other countries to file charges.
Their excuses run from overworked, understaffed, limited budget, not enough people filing a complaint to warrant an investigation, and they claim they do not have jurisdiction to charge anyone.
Law Enforcement usually only goes after the people who run these programs and do not pursue charges against the promoters.
So depending on where you live many times determines if anything will be done or not.
Hope this helped.
This review is so inaccurate it’s actually laughable, I’m not sure if you guys are joking or are enemies of Forex and his amazing projects.
The facts you are stating about BR34P and its usage in this project are totally wrong. This project has been running for just under a year and already made many people very wealthy.
It isn’t even structured like a Ponzi scheme totally ridiculous claims! There is no money being paid to the DEVS also.
I suggest that if you are going to do a review of a project to at least get your facts correct.
Nah, just calling out another crypto fuckboy Ponzi scheme when I see one.
Actually that’s not fair, this one is full of middle-aged scammers.
That doesn’t make what’s stated about BR34P wrong. And yeah, a small group of early investors steal the majority of funds. Welcome to Ponzi 101.
Yeah except that it is. See review.
Lol. Wanna buy some NFTs?
I suggest if you’re going to dispute facts then you bring it instead of the usual bUt MoNeY sO iT’s NoT a PoNzI sChEmE! whining.
When it comes to running crypto Ponzi schemes, some fuckbois never grow up.
ForexShark BB didn’t build DRIP for the love of the community but to make money on the back of others. That’s the whole point of the ponzi MLM chain.
Those that he got in early on presale like Crypto8lackSheep and Dizzle D Shane was so he could market it in their TG community and youtube streams.
Middle-aged scammers you got that right and those guys with DonFunction are already making another copycat project!
I’d love to see the facts behind any of what was said..
Many people are making generational wealth, from all of Forex platforms. You do know how blockchain works right.
lets see some proof and i’ll send you 10 drip 🙂
men lie, women lie, numbers don’t!!!
You can verify yourself that Drip Network is a Ponzi scheme. It’s not complicated, there’s no external source of revenue.
Yes and it doesn’t negate the basic laws of mathematics.
Indeed. See math comments above.
Here’s 6 trillion in USD and assets waiting for a decent investment:

Prove me wrong.
Created my own video too on this scam.
Then found your site, seems like we are on the same page.
youtu.be/raf-C3Lw5cc
You don’t know much about this project. I know it inside out.
Most of your statements are false, as anyone can learn from the white paper.
I’ve been in since April and am now a millionaire. I got my family in in July (at all time highs).
They have pulled out their princpal (one pulled out 3x) and are getting paid 10% per day of their initial deposit (in USD). Still compounding, as am I (I get paid 2.5x my initial deposit (in USD) each day).
Probably the best project I’ve encountered since buying bitcoin in 2015.
Your readers will figure this out at some point, hopefully not too far in the future.
@S
1. Which is why you were unable to point out one falsity.
2. What do you think this review is based on?
You and your scummy family stealing money through a Ponzi scheme doesn’t make it any less of a Ponzi scheme.
When it comes to due-diligence, I’d wager your average BehindMLM reader chad shits all over “bUt I gOt PaId!” crypto virgins.
@Degen DYOR and @S are from that ponzi shilling Degen Group and trying to defend ForexShark and their daily payouts!
The DRIP whitepaper is junk and just marketing hype. If the devs were legitimate they wouldn’t be hiding behind a behind picture in that interview. Nothing to hide if you got nothing to worry about right?
How about you go on an reveal the number of people in your “team” funding it all?
Check out anonymshare.com/07Ln/jan12-2022-blacksh33p-drip-chain-1.pdf
Typical of MLM fanboys trying to squeeze money out of naive crypto’ers.
The hate in your heart. Many or most defi platforms wind up flip upside down. It’s part of the risk you take on if you invest
Nothing to do with hate son. Securities fraud is very much a thing, as the blockchain bros at BlockFi just found out.
sec.gov/news/press-release/2022-26
Dismissing securities fraud because “hAtErZ” is cultish.
This is an inaccurate review:
you state that “Underneath the crypto bro jargon is the math that governs all Ponzi schemes. You can’t withdraw more than is invested.”
This is not true:
I invested (Ozedit: snip, see below)
How much you invested in Drip Network and subsequently stole from those who invested after you, does not make this review inaccurate.
Drip Network is still a Ponzi scheme. Whether you’re a Ponzi scammer is neither here nor there.
DRIP The best PROJECT EVER ON CRYPTO SPACE PERIOD!!!
You can call it Ponzi or whatever you want i can assure the readers that everyone that invested in DRIP is getting rich (Ozedit: marketing spam removed)
This is mathematically impossible. Shit tokens on a screen != getting rich.
I say this as someone quadrillionarily challenged, go back to crypto bro school and learn basic math.
Can confirm.
I think the Crypto math school only covers the basics like 0 skill + $100 + time = $1 000 000 000 000
So say myself, or anyone who has invested in drip reads this, they have their initial back, and are now being paid out daily.
Would you discourage them from taking that daily payout, if they had never referred anyone to the network? The end outcome for the project would be no different, obviously.
Do you assume that everyone that joins later is naive to the nature of the investment they are making, or do you assume they understand their duty of due diligence?
I would certainly not mislead anyone as to the nature of Drip or any other risky defi play, or try to say there is any intrinsic value at all, but we’re all consenting adults here.
If someone wants to spin the wheel let him, just do your best to make sure he knows that’s what he’s doing…
Like any crime, whether you consent to participating in fraud or not is irrelevant.
And there it is. The mathematical certainty that the majority of investors in Ponzi schemes lose to admins and early investors, misrepresented as “spinning a wheel”.
Being honest about scams isn’t profitable. Deception is built into the business model.
Does anyone know the identity of Forex_Sh4rk & BB? and how are they associated with the guys mentioed above?
Google this “(email address removed)”
Rod King
The above comment references a Forex Shark ClickBank deal from 2019.
Not convinced it’s related to Drip Network’s Forex Shark but details are available here – forex-shark.com/affiliates.html
The Rod King email address is present at the bottom of the page.
If you think its a scam I still get paid. If you think its to good to be true, I still get paid.If you join me we both get paid. If you dont I still get paid.
So with a ponzi scheme you need to bring in people to get paid. With Drip you dont need to bring in anybody to get paid. I do not have anybody below me and getting paid so sweet. You should try it.
I dont suppose you know of all the upcoming utilities. Oh and a lot of your review is false.
Do some more research before placing fake reviews. You must be in a project that is competition to Drip.
Really? FaceBook boomer memes from a decade ago?
You seem to think anyone gives a flying fuck if you “get paid”. Rather the point of this review is to point out Drip Network is a Ponzi scheme in which the majority of participants lose money.
Oh and “getting paid” in some worthless Ponzi token. Yeah no worries chief, you’ll be a bajillionaire soon.
That’d be a pyramid scheme, which Drip Network also is. Ponzi schemes use invested funds to pay ROI withdrawals.
Whether you personally recruit the victims you steal from or not is irrelevant.
HeY gUys, We HaVe NeW fEaTuReS jUsT aRoUnD tHe CoRnEr! = every crypto scam ever.
Also you can’t “upcoming utilities” your way out of running a Ponzi scheme.
Sit down, be humble.
Lol. Drip is not a worthless token. I get plenty of BNB for my Drip.
Also you say with Drip you cant make more money than you put in. (Ozedit: false premise removed, see below)
BNB might be worth something, Drip itself is a worthless Ponzi shit token.
Never happened.
Like most crypto bros, you’re caught up on “if I can steal money then it’s legit”.
It’s not. Drip Network is a Ponzi scam in which the majority of participants are mathematically guaranteed to lose money.
I really see that you have mo clue and have done no research (Ozedit: derails removed)
Aaaand we’re done. You want to ignore facts presented to you and rant?
Time for you to fuck off back to fantasy world and liking Elon Musk tweets.
Also we both know the reason you’re here is because traffic to Drip Network is down.
No new suckers = sorry for your loss.
Reading comprehension isn’t your strong suit is it? That or you’re just dumb as a brick.
Scams pay, till they don’t. You earning means others losing. Enjoy your stolen profits!
@Oz it looks like Cryptoblacksheep and his crypto bros are now pushing another ponzi called AVARICE (old TRX chain scam devs) since DRIP has run dry. He admitted reaping something like 120k from a 20k investment and sucker punching over 1000 referrals in Drip last financial year. All stolen profits and now first in again with some hidden promo deal with the same ponzi gang to repeat. Maybe review AVARICE before people suffer same fate while he makes money off people losing?
Avarice = AVC token Ponzi scheme.
From avaricetoken.io;
Sounds like single-level commissions, i.e. not MLM.
RIP Drip Network. I suppose that’s why we had the butthurt bros in here earlier this week.
How is Drip dry if its still pumping out money.Everybody still getting their 1% dailt with or without referrals. (Ozedit: snip, see below)
Because receiving some bullshit Ponzi token generated out of thin air != gEtTiNg PaId.
Drip Network is full of dumbshits who haven’t realized or are ignoring they everyone can’t cash out. Sorry for your loss.
No loss for me. Made my money back over many times. And will continue to make money.
Maybe you should try it. You may just be surprised.
I’m good. No interest in stealing from people.
Sorry for the loss of the people you stole from. Props for owning up to being a Ponzi scumbag.
Not sure what type of mentality you have but (Ozedit: no buts, see below)
I have the mentality that Ponzi scammers who steal money through Ponzi schemes like Drip Network are scumbags.
No buts. You are what you are. Let’s leave it there.
Also if you want to talk about crypto in general do it somewhere else.
Well I am not a dev or any part of the Drip team. I am just a investor there and happy to be making my money back with profit.
And as I said I have no downlines so calling me a thief and saying that I am stealling fro people is really low down. (Ozedit: derail removed)
Yeah like I said, got it. You’re a Ponzi scammer who steals money through Ponzi schemes.
Whether you personally recruited your victims or not is irrelevant. Ponzi schemes are a zero-sum equation.
If having it pointed out that you’re stealing from people leaves you feeling low, maybe try not stealing from people.
You have been informed it’s a scam, anything you do from hereon you do willingly knowing when it eventually collapses you stole from others
Enjoy the conscience ride if you have one
These guys never change. Clover is now officially a major partner with hypermine after putting in his own money.
Another MLM passive income platform? High risk returns? Building an office again like Bitconnect? WTF?
They are offering prizes like extra bonuses for top 10 holders with top holder winning a porsche? There are 4 devs apparently, 2 russian but all anonymous.
Sounds like another rug pull dump quick buck strategy leaving everyone out of pocket in the end.
youtube.com/watch?v=R8bImlCmKDo&ab_channel=CloverCrypto
Yeah see that, Clover running his own project, guess he’s watched people get away with it all, and thought, why not me… raised their total first sale within an hour at 6$ a coin.
Well still 5000 + new members a month. Not bad for something that is dried up. Still coining it. Lol
Meanwhile DRIP token is down $13 to $8 month on month.
You can have 5000+ members signing up but math is math, there’s not going to be anything for them to cash out when the time comes.
Mmm maybe you have not noticed but all crupto is down but at least I still get paid 1% a day. And it still compounds.
How is your Btc doing. Many people get nothing. Go suck on it.
I pay myself 2% a day in dried leaves outside. I compound them in the compost.
Check mate. Only I’m going to make it. Have fun staying poor.
Suckers and scammers born everyday, eventually every scam runs out of them and collapses nonetheless 🙂
Enjoy your stolen money douchebag.
When people dont have or cant anything construvtive to say then they (Ozedit: tears removed)
This from the same guy who whataboutism’ed earlier today:
Enjoy your Drip Ponzi points. Back to the spam-bin.
Not very self-aware are you hahaha, the irony here is palpable.
*gets called out for being a scammer*
If idiots were dollars…
Hi there, interesting discussion I´ve stumbled upon!
To make it even more worthwhile, hopefully without anyname calling:
In your opinion, what exactly differentiates a ponzi from, let´s say, a stock?
(Ozedit: derails removed)
If you want to whataboutism stocks, do it somewhere else. What stocks are or aren’t has nothing to do with Drip Network.
Drip Network is a Ponzi scheme which guarantees the majority of participants will lose money. Wire fraud is illegal.
Drip Network is not registered with financial regulators, meaning it and its owners and promoters are committing securities fraud. Securities fraud is illegal.
I am the dumbest around and now feeling depressed about it all.
Dumb enough to sign up under blacksheep referral thinking he knows what he is talking about. Dumber for listening buying down as it dumped. Now the dumbest for holding.
I thought they were all experts and now I am in a worsed position.
Well now it’s official Binance has named DRIP as untrustworthy and carry extremely high levels of risks. So basically a SCAM!
I pity the fools that got led into joining the teams the fomo’d DRIP.
dappbay.bnbchain.org/
“Significant risk” is an odd way of saying “illegal Ponzi scheme”.
Probably corporate legalese.
My friend is a victim of this Ponzi. He’s connected to the creator in a big way and I’m genuinely concerned he’ll be left holding the bag of financial and legal responsibility once it all comes crashing down.
He refuses to look at “FUD” websites or articles that have anything negative to say.
I try to explain to him that it is a Ponzi and he pastes me macro paragraphs written by the creator that deny it being a Ponzi because they are not selling a “product”.
This is like a cult and the Telegram is just a positive feedback loop of collective brainwashing.
In a Ponzi you have to bring in investers below you in order to make money. In Drip you dont need 1 downline to make money.
Big difference complete diffirent mechanics to a Ponzi scheme.
@R
Once they fall into the crypto Telegram echo-chamber it’s incredibly difficult to break out of.
In a Ponzi scheme you steal money from those who invest after you. This is Drip’s business model.
Whether you personally recruit the victims you steal from is irrelevant to Drip being a Ponzi scheme.
Making a note that Drip Network insider Jeremy K. Rounsville has been sued by the SEC.
Rounsville promoted Arbitraging, a non-MLM bogus trading Ponzi.
sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2022/lr25569.htm
Rounsville, aka David Peterson, can be seen in the linked Drip Network infographic as a prominent Drip Network promoter.
https://behindmlm.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/degen-protocol-group-structure-admins-promoters.webp
You confuse Ponzi with Pyramid scheme. How must anybody take you serious if you can’t even get the basics right?
CFTC also got him cftc.gov/PressRoom/PressReleases/8621-22
In return for rolling on the entire outfit, he’s been fined 200k by both agencies, no criminal charges, word has it the Texas state securities board also has him on charges (but not seen the papers yet).
Both the SEC, CFTC have it stipulated that he has to provide information on the team, promoters, operators, and largest gainers in their respective settlements.
Then the same cane be said of all crypto (Ozedit: derails removed)
While I agree cryptocurrency is inherently one big Ponzi scheme, there is a differentiation in the models.
“All crypto” isn’t an investment opportunity promising you 1% a day.
What “all crypto” is or isn’t has nothing to do with Drip Network being a Ponzi scheme.
If you want to discuss “all crypto” being a Ponzi scheme, this isn’t the place.
Not discussing all crypto being a ponzi just stating facts.
That relevant fact, which you’ve ignored, is that “all crypto” isn’t an MLM investment opportunity promising you 1% a day.
Random crypto bro #18691861, meet the brick wall of securities regulation.
Shit has been illegal since the 1930s. Coming up with new names for fraud changed dick.
“All crypto” is not an MLM and does not promise a ROI of 1% per day. Stop being disingenuous.
Just admit you’re a scammer and call it a day.
BlackS33P on being questioned on ARB stated (after long silence) he didn’t get paid by David.
youtu.be/tzSyHiyHBxw?t=2886
THANKS, Oz, for doing the Lord’s works here in such a succinct, concise way. I see it same as you but needed confirmation.
If he made money in Arbitraging of course he wasn’t “paid by David”. He stole money from investors.
You said the same thing back in June (#48). You were wrong then, too. Pyramid schemes and gifting schemes require recruiting; Ponzi schemes do not.
Drip Network’s MLM component rewards recruiting, because it’s both a pyramid and a Ponzi scheme. That doesn’t make it any less of a Ponzi scheme.
Your making money off it doesn’t mean it’s not a Ponzi scheme, either. It just means you’re one of the few net winners of a Ponzi scheme that’s run by serial Ponzi scammers.
And still you keep coming back here defending an illegal acheme. Which makes you a certified Ponzi shill scumbag. Own it.
:O Just caught the update on ARB and DP. I took a look at Blackies linked youtube. Lies lies and more lies Blacksheep was deep in ARB and Moonberg and made money.
That guy ENJgold made big money from ARB. He was in the DP circle, did all the promos road with them in Vegas and claims all he had was dashboard money?
He is a serial ponzi promoter and a Liar!

SEC Subpoenaed for Degen Protocol.
Here we are.. Drip Network down to .25 cents. Shit is sad..
DRIP has essentially collapsed. It now sits at 5 cents as of this response.
Total supply has increased by 30x (constantly growing). The LP has lost most of its liquidity (constantly going down).
Drip scammers are at it again with DripX. Not MLM so no separate DripX review (spoiler: it’s another Ponzi scheme).
