ClashNode Review: Clash Hub Coin lending Ponzi
ClashNode fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.
ClashNode’s has three known domains it operates from:
- clashnode.io – privately registered on May 21st, 2024
- clashnode.finance – registered with a Hong Kong address on June 11th, 2024
- clhctoken.com (used to host web assets) – registered with a Hong Kong address on June 11th, 2024
The face of ClashNode promotion across Asia is someone going by “Mr. Jason”:
Mr. Jason not using his actual name as a corporate representative of ClashNode is a due-diligence red flag.
Another country targeted by ClashNode is Brazil (ClashNode marketing is typically in Chinese, Portuguese and English).
This ties into ClashNode naming Carlos Nobre as its CEO in official marketing material:
Carlos Nobre appeared on BehindMLM’s radar in 2021 as CEO of BullRun.
BullRun was a Ponzi scheme fronted by Nobre targeting Brazilians. It has of course long since collapsed.
Beyond ClashNode and BullRun, Nobre has a long history of participation in MLM scams.
BNG was an MLM scam that scammed thousands in Brazil circa 2016.
As part of their coverage of BNG’s collapse, UnversoMLM cited Carlos Nobre (right) as the company’s Marketing Director.
UnversoMLM tied Nobre to UniverTeam, a Portuguese scam that was eventually sold off to the notorious OneCoin scheme.
Going back even further, in 2012 Nobre was promoting the AiYellow pyramid scheme.
The first MLM crypto scam I was able to pin Nobre to was Digital Goen.
Digital Goen was a Brazilian crypto Ponzi scheme advertising a 3% daily ROI. Digital Goen collapsed in December 2019.
Nobre’s extensive history of fraud is likely why there is no mention of him on ClashNode’s website.
Whether Nobre is working alone or with Chinese scammers in Hong Kong is unclear.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
ClashNode’s Products
ClashNode has no retailable products or services.
Affiliates are only able to market ClashNode affiliate membership itself.
ClashNode’s Compensation Plan
ClashNode affiliates invest USD equivalents in polygon (MATIC) into Clash Hub Coin (CLHC)
This is done on the promise of an “up to 1%” daily passive return:
- Start 1 – invest $20 and receive 2100 CLHC and a 200% ROI
- Start 2 – invest $50 and receive 5250 CLHC and a 200% ROI
- Pack 1 100 – invest $100 and receive 10,500 CLHC and a 200% ROI
- Pack 1 200 – invest $200 and receive 21,000 CLHC and a 200% ROI
- Pack 2 – invest $500 and receive 52,500 CLHC and a 200% ROI
- Pack 3 – invest $1000 and receive 105,000 CLHC and a 200% ROI
- Pack 4 – invest $2000 and receive 210,000 CLHC and a 300% ROI

- Pack 7 – invest $20,000 and receive 2,100,000 CLHC and a 300% ROI
Note ClashNode charges an additional 5% fee on the above investment tiers.
In addition to the above investment tiers, ClashNode affiliates can also stake CLHC tokens. A minimum $100 in CLHC must be staked and ClashNode pitches “average” returns of up to 8.4% a month.
ClashNode pays returns in CLHC. This is calculated on whatever ClashNode is internally charging for CLHC at time of investment and withdrawal.
The MLM side of ClashNode pays on recruitment of affiliate investors.
Note that ClashNode MLM commissions and bonuses count towards ROI limits, after which new investment is required to continue earning.

Referral Commissions
ClashNode pays referral commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
ClashNode caps payable unilevel team levels at fifteen.
Referral commissions are paid as a percentage of investment across these fifteen levels as follows:
- level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 8%
- level 2 – 2%
- level 3 – 1%
- level 4 – 0.75%
- level 5 – 0.5%
- levels 6 to 15 – 0.25%
Residual Commissions
ClashNode pays residual commissions via a binary compensation structure.
A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):
The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.
Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.
At the end of each day ClashNode tallies up new investment volume on both sides of the binary team.
Residual commissions are paid as 8% to 10% of new investment volume on the weaker binary team side, based on how much a ClashNode affiliate has invested:
- Start through Pack 3 tier affiliates earn an 8% residual commission rate
- Pack 4 through Pack 7 tier affiliates earn a 10% residual commission rate
Note that residual commissions are capped at up to $50,000 a day.
Once paid out on, investment volume is matched against the stronger binary team side and flushed. Any leftover volume on the stronger binary team side carries over.
Staking Matching Bonus
ClashNode pays a Matching Bonus on CLHC staking using the same unilevel compensation structure referral commissions are paid out with (see “Referral Commissions” above).
ClashNode caps the staking Matching Bonus at five unilevel team levels.
The staking Matching Bonus is paid as a percentage of daily staking returns paid across these five levels as follows:
- level 1 (personally recruited affiliates, must have $100 or more in CLHC staked and $100 or more in personally recruited affiliate staking) – 30% match
- level 2 (must have $200 or more in CLHC staked and $200 or more in personally recruited affiliate staking) – 10% match
- level 3 (must have $500 or more in CLHC staked and $500 or more in personally recruited affiliate staking) – 5% match
- level 4 (must have $1000 or more in CLHC staked and $1000 or more in personally recruited affiliate staking) – 3% match
- level 5 (must have $5000 or more in CLHC staked and $5000 or more in personally recruited affiliate staking) – 2% match
Global Pool
ClashNode takes 3% of company-wide investment and places it into the Global Pool.
The Global Pool is paid to ClashNode’s top ten recruiters by downline investment volume.

ClashNode Conclusion
ClashNode is a combination “lending” and “staking” model Ponzi scheme.
The lending Ponzi model sees ClashNode blab on about flash loans to fictional borrowers. This model was pioneered by the notorious BitConnect Ponzi scheme in 2016.
The staking Ponzi model sees ClashNode solicit investment into its CLHC token. This is done on the promise of passive returns, which ClashNode pays with CLHC tokens it generates on demand.
CLHC is a shit token created on the polygon blockchain. It is worthless outside of ClashNode but could be dumped on dodgy exchanges as part of an eventual exit-scam.
Both of ClashNode’s models are Ponzi schemes by way of there being no verifiable source of external revenue. The only money going into ClashNode is new investment, ergo new investment is being used to pay ROI withdrawals.
Additionally with nothing marketed or sold to retail customers, the MLM side of ClashNode operates as a pyramid scheme.
ClashNode’s business model is in line with Carlos Nobre’s long history of financial fraud.
As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.
This will starve ClashNode of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
In ClashNode, this will manifest as affiliate investors bagholding yet another Ponzi token they can’t cash out.
The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
Ari and Darren promoting this Ponzi. Ari no shame now. Openly promoting scam after scam.
Ari has never had any shame in promoting Ponzi’s. It’s all he knows how to do and is nothing more than a Ponzi pimp.
Put his tail between his legs and ran when he couldn’t stand the heat here.
The real owner of ClashNode is Paulo Martins.
