CashWorth Review: Secure Reannex Ponzi reboot
CashWorth fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.
CashWorth’s website domain (“cashworth.co”), was privately registered on July 25th, 2022.
CashWorth’s official FaceBook page was created on October 1st, 2022. This appears to be around the time CashWorth launched.
One name we can attach to CashWorth is Master Distributor “Coach” Raja Riaz.
Riaz was a promoter of the B4U Global, SR Group and Secure Reannex Ponzi schemes.
B4U Global was a Ponzi scheme pitching monthly returns of up to 20%.
Launched in 2020, B4U Global appears to have collapsed around mid 2021.
Heading up B4U Global was CEO Saifur Rehman Khan (right).
Khan was arrested by Pakistani authorities after B4U Global collapsed.
B4U Global victim losses were initially pegged at ~$46.7 million USD.
As of March 2022 Khan was in custody with a bail hearing pending. Pakistani authorities are squabbling over who should be leading the case.
SR Group appears to be a short-lived reboot of B4U Global. “SRG” stood for “Saif ur Rehman Group”.
Secure Reannex appears to be a clunky attempt to keep the “SRG” initials branding going.
Around mid 2022, victims of both B4U and SR Group were being funneled into Secure Reannex.
Secure Reannex pitched a 350% to 700% ROI over 3 to 5 years.
Attempts to visit Secure Reannex’s website today reveal the Ponzi scheme has collapsed.
For all intents and purposes, CashWorth appears to be yet another reboot of the same Ponzi scheme.
Further supporting this is CashWorth’s official FaceBook page being managed from Pakistan:
In an attempt to mask where the scam is being run from, CashWorth falsely claims it’s “an investment company based in the US.”
In addition to Pakistan, CashWorth also has ties to Dubai:
It seems Riaz Ahmed (and presumably other promoters) fled to Dubai after Secure Reannex collapsed.
Dubai is the MLM crime capital of the world. BehindMLM’s guidelines for Dubai are:
- If someone lives in Dubai and approaches you about an MLM opportunity, they’re trying to scam you.
- If an MLM company is based out of or represents it has ties to Dubai, it’s a scam.
If you want to know specifically how this applies to CashWorth, read on for a full review.

The MLM side of CashWorth pays on recruitment of affiliate investors.
Recruitment Commissions
CashWorth pays a $5 on every affiliate recruited.
Seeing as CashWorth affiliate membership is free, I believe this is credit which must be invested.
Referral Commissions
CashWorth pays referral commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
CashWorth caps referral commissions at seven unilevel team levels.
Referral commission rates and how many levels they are earned on, are determined by how much a CashWorth affiliate has invested:
- Earth tier affiliates earn 7% on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates), 3% on level 2, 2% on level 3, 1% on level 4 and 0.5% on level 5
- Saturn tier affiliates earn 9% on level 1, 5% on level 2, 3% on level 3 and 1% on levels 4 to 6
- Neptune tier affiliates earn 11% on level 1, 7% on level 2, 5% on level 3, 3% on level 4, 2% on level 5 and 1% on levels 6 and 7
- Jupiter tier affiliates earn 13% on level 1, 7% on level 2, 5% on level 3, 3% on level 4, 2% on level 5 and 1% on levels 6 and 7
- Mars tier affiliates earn 15% on level 1, 9% on level 2, 7% on level 3, 5% on level 4, 3% on level 5, 2% on level 6 and 1% on level 7
- Mercury tier affiliates earn 17% on level 1, 11% on level 2, 9% on level 3, 7% on level 4, 5% on level 5, 3% on level 6 and 2% on level 7

The ROI Match is paid using the same unilevel team referral commissions are paid with (see “Referral Commissions” above):

CashWorth Conclusion
CashWorth represents it generates external revenue via NFTs.
Cash worth invests in NFT’s We are working on NFT projects. We generate profit by investing 60% of the investment in NFT projects. we distribute 90% profit to our investors.
Putting aside the NFT market has collapsed, CashWorth provides no evidence it is involved in NFT investment.
Furthermore, CashWorth’s business model fails the Ponzi logic test.
CashWorth advertises a 15% monthly ROI. If they’re already capable of generating this via NFT investment, what do they need your money for?
As it stands the only verifiable source of investment entering CashWorth is new investment. Using new investment to pay affiliates a monthly return makes CashWorth a Ponzi scheme.
As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.
This will starve CashWorth of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
As an additional caution, CashWorth appears to be the fourth reboot of a thrice collapsed Ponzi scheme.
This means there’s a good chance CashWorth is preloaded with SecureAnnex victims (most of which will be victims from the two earlier Ponzis).
Secure Reannex as a third reboot Ponzi only lasted a few months. Expect the same or worse from CashWorth.
