BitradeX fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

BitradeX launched on the domain “bitradex.com” in or around February 2025.

BitradeX lost its domain towards the end of 2025, prompting a switch to the domain “bitradex.ai” on January 9th;

BitradeX’s .AI domain was privately registered on March 3rd, 2025. It appears to have been dormant and suggests BitradeX has other domains on standby.

Why?

If we look at the WHOIS record for BitradeX’s original .COM domain, we see it has been frozen by the registrar:

As per ICANN, “Domain Status: clientRenewProhibited”

tells your domain’s registry to reject requests to renew your domain. It is an uncommon status that is usually enacted during legal disputes or when your domain is subject to deletion.

It’s likely BitradeX’s .COM domain was flagged for fraud and/or registered with bogus details that could not be verified.

In July 2025 BitradeX rolled out CEO “Nikolai Bonello Jenkins”:

Jenkins has a European accent and, as far as I can tell, does appear to be an actual person from Malta.

It seems BitradeX has moved on from pretending Jenkins exists as he’s mostly disappeared from its marketing.

A visit to BitradeX’s website today features Olivier Giroud front and center:

Giroud is a celebrated French footballer. He is the current all-time top goalscorer of the France national team.

I originally thought BitradeX has misappropriated Giroud’s likeness but Giroud confirmed his involvement in June 2025:

BitradeX is tied to BitradeX Fintech Limited, a UK shell company registered on March 18th, 2025.

As far as I can tell, BitradeX’s UK shell company only exists so that it was able to register its apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Over on the Apple App Store we can see BitradeX is using “辉 陈” for its developer:

Courtesy of the WayBack Machine we can also see BitradeX’s website was defaulting to Chinese circa November 2025:

This strongly suggests whoever is behind BitradeX has ties to China.

As of January 2026, SimilarWeb was tracking ~646,000 monthly BitradeX website visits.

Top sources of BitradeX website traffic are Japan (23%), Brazil (13%), Malaysia (6%), Saudi Arabia (5%) and Italy (5%).

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

BitradeX Promoter Ranks

There are six promoter ranks within BitradeX’s compensation plan.

Along with their qualification criteria, they are as follows:

  1. VIP 1 – invest 100 USDT, recruit five promoters who each invest at least 100 USDT and generate 50,000 USDT in downline investment
  2. VIP2 – invest 200 USDT, recruit six promoter investors, have two recruitment legs with a VIP1 or higher in them and generate 150,000 USDT in downline investment
  3. VIP3 – invest 400 USDT, recruit seven promoter investors, have two recruitment legs with a VIP2 or higher in them and generate 500,000 USDT in downline investment
  4. VIP4 – invest 800 USDT, recruit eight promoter investors, have two recruitment legs with a VIP3 or higher in them and generate 2,000,000 USDT in downline investment
  5. VIP5 – invest 1600 USDT, recruit nine promoter investors, have two recruitment legs with a VIP4 or higher in them and generate 6,000,000 USDT in downline investment
  6. VIP6 – invest 3200 USDT, recruit ten promoter investors, have two recruitment legs with a VIP5 or higher in them and generate 15,000,000 USDT in downline investment

Note that personally recruited promoters must have an active BitradeX investment to count towards rank qualification.

ROI Match

BitradeX pays a ROI match down two levels of recruitment:

  • VIP1 ranked promoters earn a 10% match on level 1 (personally recruited promoters) and 5% on level 2
  • VIP2 ranked promoters earn a 20% match on level 1 and 5% on level 2
  • VIP3 ranked promoters earn a 30% match on level 1 and 5% on level 2
  • VIP4 ranked promoters earn a 40% match on level 1 and 5% on level 2
  • VIP5 ranked promoters earn a 50% match on level 1 and 5% on level 2
  • VIP6 ranked promoters earn a 60% match on level 1 and 5% on level 2

Note ROI Match amounts are coded. This means that for higher ranked BitradeX promoters, the ROI Match they receive takes into account the ROI Match of personally recruited promoters.

E.g. You are VIP4 and recruit a VIP1. Your ROI Match for on that promoter will be 30% (40% minus their 10% rate).

If a personally recruited promoter is at the same rank as the promoter who recruited them, that promoter will earn a 20% ROI Match.

Joining BitradeX

BitradeX promoter membership is free.

Full participation in the attached income opportunity requires a minimum 50 USDT investment.

BitradeX Conclusion

BitradeX represents it generates external revenue through an AI trading bot:

No verifiable evidence of BitradeX generating external revenue of any kind is provided.

Furthermore, BitradeX’s business model fails the Ponzi logic test.

If BitradeX already has an AI trading bot consistently generating 0.5% a day legitimately, what does it need your money for?

On the regulatory front, BitradeX fails to provide evidence it has registered its passive returns investment scheme with a financial regulator in any jurisdiction.

This constitutes securities fraud. On the criminal side of things securities fraud is typically associated with wire fraud and money laundering.

As it stands, the only verifiable source of revenue entering BitradeX is new investment.

Using new investment to pay ROI withdrawals would make BitradeX a Ponzi scheme. Additionally with nothing marketed or sold to retail customers, the MLM side of BitradeX operates as a pyramid scheme.

As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once promoter recruitment dries up so too will new investment.

This will starve BitradeX of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.

BitradeX pays ROIs out in its BTX solana shit token. When BitradeX inevitably collapses, BTX withdrawals will be disabled. This will leave BitradeX investors bagholding yet another worthless Ponzi token.

Math guarantees that when a Ponzi scheme collapses, the majority of participants lose money.
