Big Profit System Review: Oldschool postcard cash gifting
Big Profit System provide no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.
The Big Profit System website domain (“bigprofitsystem.com”) was initially registered on June 17th, 2012. The registration was last updated on June 3rd, 2016.
The Big Profit System domain was registered privately, so it provides no information on who owns it.
As per the Big Profit System terms and conditions, the company feeds signups into a third-party business.
The Company referenced in the BPS videos is an independent entity and BPS simply provides a marketing system for that company’s Independent agents to use to assist them in producing sales.
The name of the business is not disclosed on the Big Profit System website.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
Big Profit System Products
Big Profit System has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Big Profit System affiliate membership itself.
Bundled with Big Profit System affiliate membership is access to a “marketing system”.
The Big Profit System Compensation Plan
The Big Profit System compensation plan is powered by a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Commissions are paid out when newly recruited affiliates buy into one or more of five offered levels:
- $500
- $1500
- $3000
- $6000 and
- $10,000
100% of the buy-in is paid to the recruiting affiliate, with a Big Profit System affiliate only able to earn up to the level they themselves have bought in at.
Note that each Big Profit System level must be bought into separately.
Residual commissions are paid out when recruited affiliates buy into higher levels than the affiliate who recruited them.
Eg. Let’s say an affiliate buys into the $500, $1500 and $3000 levels. They are now qualified to receive $500, $1500 and $3000 payments from affiliates they recruit.
In our example however the first recruited affiliate chooses to buy up to the $6000 level.
The recruiting affiliate is only qualified to earn up to $3000. So they receive $500, $1500 and $3000 but only another $3000 out of the $6000 payment.
The remaining $3000 is “passed up” to the first available upline (the affiliate who recruited them, the affiliate who recruited that affiliate and so on) who is $6000 commission qualified.
In terms of the unilevel team, this sees passed up commissions paid out to upline affiliates as per the unilevel team genealogy (passed up commissions stay within the same unilevel leg).
Joining Big Profit System
Big Profit System affiliate membership is $280 plus $500 to $21,000.
The more an affiliate pays in fees the higher their income potential through the Big Profit System compensation plan.
Conclusion
Big Profit System is a modern take on the old “work from home” type scam model.
New affiliates sign up and pay existing affiliates, making Big Profit System a gifting scheme.
The bundled marketing system is postcard based, with the idea being recipients of the postcards will read and then visit the Big Profit System website.
There they’ll be bombarded with a really long marketing video and paragraphs and paragraphs of marketing spam.
On the off-chance that doesn’t set off alarm bells, the mark hands over their personal information and gets a phone call from a Big Profit System affiliate.
The sole purpose of the call is to get the mark to hand over money.
Underneath the Big Profit System marketing pitch is the simple mechanic of pay money to whoever you sign up under, recruit others and get money from them. That’s it.
Oh and the anonymous Big Profit System admin collects a nice $280 fee from every sucker who signs up.
As with all cash gifting schemes, once recruitment dies down so too will gifting payments. This will cause Big Profit System to collapse, at which point affiliates who haven’t recouped their buy-in fee from other affiliates lose money.
Mathematically this is guaranteed to be the majority of Big Profit System affiliates at any given time.
Considering that this is being pushed by Tom “The Furry hat Guy” Yatar and by “HIV Ann” Schierling makes it quite plain that BPS is being run by someone who is an old hand in the cash gifting con game.
Seeing as wemakeyoursales.com is the same system and company, my guess is one William Foley, (removed), of Ocean Breeze Marketing in Florida.
A search on (removed) shows him as having been the admin of Front Door Cash System in 2012.
