Executive details Aura 4 Finance provides are stock photos paired with fictional names:
Photos of what I assume are a UK office are presented on Aura 4 Finance’s website.
These appear to be shots of rented office space, with Aura 4 Finance’s logo poorly photoshopped over.
In another attempt to appear legitimate, Aura 4 Finance provides a UK incorporation certificate for “Aura 4 Finance LTD”.
An MLM company operating or claiming to operate out of the UK is a red flag.
UK incorporation is dirt cheap and effectively unregulated. On top of that the FCA, the UK’s top financial regulator, do not actively regulate MLM related securities fraud.
As a result the UK is a favored jurisdiction for scammers looking to incorporate, operate and promote fraudulent companies.
For the purpose of MLM due-diligence, incorporation in the UK or registration with the FCA is meaningless.
Aura 4 Finance’s website domain (“aura4.finance”) was privately registered on February 10th, 2021.
Towards the footer of Aura 4 Finance’s website is a link to an android app on the Google Play Store.
Here we see Aura 4 Finance’s app was developed by “i watch”:
Clicking on i-watch’s profile, we can see it’s a Russian language developer:
This is practically a guarantee that whoever is behind Aura 4 Finance is from Russia or the Ukraine.
On the promotion side of things, Alexa ranks Vietnam (38%) and Egypt (12%) as top sources of traffic to Aura 4 Finance’s website.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The Aura4Finance team includes leading analysts, traders and programmers in the crypto industry.
No evidence of crypto trading or any other source of external revenue is provided.
Like everything else on Aura 4 Finance’s website, claims of external revenue are baloney.
Also baloney is Aura 4 Finance claiming it has
all the legal documents, permits and certificates for conducting trading and investment activities.
Aura 4 Finance is not registered to offer securities in any jurisdiction. This includes the UK, useless at regulating securities as the FCA is.
The reason Aura 4 Finance opts to commit securities fraud is because it’s a Ponzi scheme.
That is to say the only source of revenue is new investment, which the company uses to pay daily returns.
The exit-scam will take place through Aura 4 Finance’s AURC token.
AURC token is an ERC-20 shit token. These take a few minutes to set up on the ethereum blockchain.
When affiliate recruitment inevitably dries up, so too will new investment.
This will starve Aura 4 Finance of ROI revenue, prompting the company to only pay withdrawals with AURC tokens.
From here either Aura 4 Finance’s admins will do a runner, or they’ll push for one last milk of gullible investors by dumping AURC on dodgy exchanges.
Cue marketing hype, further cashing out and the majority of Aura 4 Finance affiliates left bagholding yet another worthless Ponzi token.
