adurbiz-logoThere is no information on the AdUrBiz website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The AdUrBiz website domain (“adurbiz.com”) was registered on July 1st 2015, however the domain registration is set to private.

adurbiz-domain-instant-cash-payout-nameserversOf note is that the AdUrBiz domain uses name-servers hosted on “instantcashpay.com”.

Instant Cash Pay was a matrix-based cash gifting scheme launched in 2013. Under the guise of purchasing advertising, participants gifted eachother $6 to $12.

The scheme collapsed in 2014 however the Instant Cash Pay website is still online. Design-wise it’s pretty much a clone of the AdUrBiz website.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The AdUrBiz Product Line

AdUrBiz has no retailable products and services, with affiliates only able to market AdUrBiz affiliate membership itself.

Once signed up, AdUrBiz affiliates make a payment to the affiliate who recruited them. Bundled with this payment are a series of advertising credits, which can be used to display advertising on the AdUrBiz website.

The AdUrBiz Compensation Plan

The AdUrBiz compensation plan advises affiliates they can turn $12 into $606. This is achieved by recruiting people into a 3×3 matrix.

A 3×3 matrix places an affiliate at the top of the matrix, with three positions directly under them:

These initial three positions form the first level of the matrix, with the second level generated by splitting each of the three positions into another three positions each (nine positions).

The third and final level of the matrix is generated by splitting the nine second level positions again into three, for a total of thirty-nine positions.

AdUrBiz use two 3×3 matrices to track payments among affiliates as follows:

  • Matrix 1 first level – $12 payment to your upline qualifies you to receive $12 from recruited affiliates
  • Matrix 1 second level – $10 payment to your upline qualifies you to receive $10 from recruited affiliates
  • Matrix 1 third level – $8 payment to your upline qualifies you to receive $8 from recruited affiliates
  • Matrix 2 first level – $10 payment to your upline qualifies you to receive $10 from recruited affiliates
  • Matrix 2 second level – $8 payment to your upline qualifies you to receive $8 from recruited affiliates
  • Matrix 2 third level – $6 payment to your upline qualifies you to receive $6 from recruited affiliates

Joining AdUrBiz

AdUrBiz affiliate membership is tied to a $12 payment to the affiliate who recruited you.

Participation in the full AdUrBiz compensation plan requires $54 in gifting payments.

Conclusion

Whereas Instant Cash Payout was a two-phase 4×3 matrix-based gifting scheme, AdUrBiz is a more streamlined 3×3 offering.

Otherwise the concept behind the schemes is identical. Participants gift the affiliate who recruited them, which in turn qualifies them to receive gifting payments from subsequently recruited affiliates.

All monies are transferred between participants, which makes AdUrBiz a cash gifting scheme.

The anonymous admin sits at the top of the scheme with one or more preloaded positions, ensuring they walk away with the majority of gifted funds (either directly or passed up via matrix levels).

As with all such schemes, once recruitment of new participants slows down so too will gifting payments made within the scheme.

At that point AdUrBiz collapses, the anonymous admin does a runner and the majority of participants find themselves out of pocket.
