adbizcentral-logoThere is no information on the AdBizCentral indicating who owns or runs the business.

The AdBizCentral website domain (“adbizcentral.com”) was registered on the 2nd of March 2015, however the domain registration is set to private.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The AdBizCentral Product Line

AdBizCentral has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market affiliate membership with the company itself.

Once signed up, AdBizCentral affiliates can then purchase “credit packs”. Bundled with each of these packs are advertising credits, which can be used to display advertising on the AdBizCentral website.

The AdBizCentral Compensation Plan

The AdBizCentral compensation plan sees affiliates invest in $10 credit packs, on the promise of an advertised $12 ROI.

Purchase $10 Credit Pack and earn up to $12.00 Bonus Earnings.

Referral commissions are paid out investments made by recruited affiliates, paid out down two levels of recruitment (unilevel):

  • level 1 – 10%
  • level 2 – 5%

Joining AdBizCentral

Affiliate membership with AdBizCentral is free.

Free affiliates can earn referral commissions by encouraging others to invest, however they themselves must invest in at least one credit pack ($10) if they wish to participate in the AdBizCentral income opportunity.

Conclusion

With nothing being marketed or sold to retail customers, AdBizCentral simply shuffle newly invested funds around to pay off existing investors.

This qualifies AdBizCentral as a Ponzi scheme.

The fraudulent nature of the scheme’s business model is further confirmed in the AdBizCentral Terms & Conditions, which states:

Rate of earnings may vary from day-to-day as amounts given to each ad clicked are related to how many advertisement packs are active, and how much advertising services have been sold.

That’s simple Ponzi speak for “how much we pay out daily depends on how much new money comes in that day”.

Despite the nature of AdBizCentral’s business model, the company insists that it is above-board:

Is AdBizcentral a hyip, ponzi, pyramid scheme, or illegal?

No, this is not an investment site nor is it illegal in any way, shape, or form. We sell ad services.

Putting aside the fact that no legitimate third-party advertiser is going to be interested in advertising on the website of a Ponzi scheme, the claim AdBizCentral merely sell advertising is debunked in the company’s refund policy:

Can I get refund after purchase is made?

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Logically if AdBizCentral were indeed selling advertising, any unused credits would be refundable.

What with the scheme using new funds to pay clear its advertised Ponzi liabilities however, that’s not possible and so refunds are prohibited.

As with all Ponzi schemes, once new investment into AdBizCentral slows down, the scheme will collapse.

At this point anyone who hasn’t withdrawn more than they initially invested (statistically the majority of investors), loses out.
