Ad Wealth System Review: $25 “unlimited” Ponzi ROIs
There is no information on the Ad Wealth System website indicating who owns or runs the business.
The Ad Wealth System website domain (“adwealthsystem.com”) was registered on the 5th of September 2015, however the domain registration is set to private.
A number of HYIP scheme websites are hosted on the Ad Wealth System webserver. Whether these are run by the same admin or hosted on common HYIP focused hosting is unclear.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
The Ad Wealth System Product Line
Ad Wealth System has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Ad Wealth System affiliate membership itself.
Once signed up, Ad Wealth System affiliates are able to invest in $25 positions and participate in the Ad Wealth System income opportunity.
Bundled with each $25 position purchase is access to a library of “software and eBooks”. No specific information is provided.
The Ad Wealth System Compensation Plan
The Ad Wealth System compensation plan sees affiliates invest $25 on the promise of an ongoing ROI.
This is UNLIMITED – we have tested this profit engine thoroughly and can attest to the results.
It will work with unlimited amounts of cash so we are able to offer you unlimited return. Your positions will NOT expire.
Referral commissions are paid out on funds invested by recruited affiliates, with commissions paid out down three levels of recruitment (unilevel):
- level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 20%
- levels 2 and 3 – 2%
Joining Ad Wealth System
Affiliate membership with Ad Wealth System is free, however affiliates need to invest at least $20 to participate in the income opportunity.
Conclusion
Although no specific details on how Ad Wealth System pay out ROIs to their affiliates are provided, the company does state it ‘pay(s) you a portion of our profits‘.
The only “profits” entering Ad Wealth System is affiliate investment, meaning the scheme is using newly invested funds to pay out existing investors.
This makes Ad Wealth System a Ponzi scheme. Hardly surprising considering Ad Wealth System’s website has the tagline “collect automatic income”.
The referral side of the business serves as a recruitment incentive, as without new investment Ad Wealth System will collapse.
The “software and ebook” library is neither here nor there, with Ad Wealth System themselves acknowledging they are “FREE Bonuses” in the affiliate backoffice.
The Ad Wealth System core business model is the inherent Ponzi scheme.
As with all such schemes, once newly invested funds dry up so too will ROIs paid out. This is on top of a non-disclosed method of ROI distribution, which likely sees the anonymous admin paying themselves more than is distributed to regular investors.
Once invested funds run dry, the admin shuts the scheme down and do a runner. Mathematically, their ensured profit will see the majority of Ad Wealth System investors lose out.
Have you thought maybe they are actually investing the money into affiliate programs and making a profit and then returning the money to the people who have invested?
You can make $1000’s per month from affiliate programs if you know what you are doing to return a profit. So really this could actually be profitable for the investors.
My conclusion is…..
If the money is invested correctly this could work but if they are just collecting the money to pay others this will not work, but to go down the Ponzi road without knowing 100% which one it is, is foolish.
You mean other Ponzi schemes? No legitimate opportunity pays an indefinite ROI.
If this were the case, there’d be no reason to solicit ROIs from affiliates.
irrelevant, in light of Ad Wealth System using newly invested funds to pay off existing investors.
I registered on 08/01/2016 and paid $50, and I have my password For my account, but not let me go through.
You lost $50 to a Ponzi scheme that collapsed years ago.
