The proposed class-action lawsuit over Isagenix’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan has been voluntarily dismissed.

After the original lawsuit was filed in July, nothing much happened on the docket until last month.

On September 17th a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal was filed, informing the court that

the above-captioned action is voluntarily dismissed without prejudice against Defendant Argent Trust Company.

The notice was filed by Shana Robertson, the plaintiff who initiated the lawsuit.

Reading between the lines, one would assume a confidential settlement has been reached between the parties.

There are estimated to be over five hundred participants in Isagenix’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

If a settlement was reached, whether it covers just Robertson or the rest of the allegedly screwed over participants is unclear.

As a result of the withdrawal, the court terminated Robertson’s case on September 20th.
