Iyovia collapses (again), business operations suspended
On May 15th Iyovia emailed promoters to advise it was abandoning its MLM opportunity on May 23rd.
BehindMLM covered this development on May 22nd. Within hours of our article going live, Iyovia advised promoters it is “officially suspending operations”.
As above, Iyovia’s latest May 22nd email advises Iyovia “has officially suspended its operations”.

In covering Iyovia’s MLM collapse yesterday, I noted;
With pyramid recruitment gone and the outcome of the FTC’s enforcement action looming, I doubt anyone still in Iyovia is sticking around post-MLM.
I expect we’ll see Iyovia as a non-MLM company collapse again by the end of the year.
I wasn’t expecting the second collapse to happen within a few hours but here we are.
With Iyovia as a company, MLM or otherwise, now officially dead, it’s expected the FTC will steamroll the Iyovia defendants in court.
Given the scope of the alleged fraud this was always a given, but Iyovia disappearing before a preliminary injunction has even been granted is a pretty strong indicator of what’s to come.
Stay tuned for updates as BehindMLM continues to track the FTC’s Iyovia fraud case.
