Second HelloBit securities fraud warning from Spain
HelloBit has received a second securities fraud warning from Spain’s Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV).
As per CNMV’s October 20th HelloBit warning;
HelloBit is not authorised to provide the investment services and activities subject to the activity restriction in accordance with the … Spanish Securities Markets and Investment Services Act.
HelloBit violating Spanish financial law was already confirmed in its first March 2025 warning.
The CNMV’s first HelloBit fraud warning cited the website domain “hellobitd.com”, which has since been abandoned.
The CNMV’s second fraud warning cites three additional HelloBit domains:
- hellobitese.com – privately registered on September 11th, 2025
- hellobit.cc – privately registered in July 2024, already flagged for suspected phishing by CloudFlare
- hellobit8.com – privately registered in October 2024, already flagged for suspected phishing by CloudFlare
In BehindMLM’s published August 2025 HelloBit review, we noted even more domains – all of which have either been flagged by CloudFlare or abandoned.
Two other HelloBit domains a quick Google search reveals are:
- hellobitapp.com – privately registered on June 3rd, 2025
- hellobitplw.com – privately registered on September 11th, 2025
There are likely even more active HelloBit domains than the domains cited above.
HelloBit is a trading signals “click a button” Ponzi scheme.
HelloBit investors receive fake trading signals through related entity TSQ Investment Group. The signals are fed into HelloBit’s website or mobile app, prompting investors to “click a button” to qualify for a daily return.
“Click a button” app Ponzis are run by Chinese scammers operating human trafficking slave compounds, primarily across Myanmar and Cambodia.
Although efforts to police the scam compounds have increased this year, as evidenced by HelloBit continuing to defraud consumers through new domains every other week, “click a button” app Ponzis persist.
In addition to Spain, New Zealand issued a HelloBit securities fraud warning in April 2025.
