There is no information on the Big UK Ad Shares website indicating who owns or runs the business, other than mention that the site is ‘owned by BigUK Group of Marketing‘.

I wasn’t able to find any information on BigUK Group of Marketing however if you click on the ‘Representatives’ link on the company website, you get taken to another website, ‘Big UK Invest’. Big UK Invest offers Ponzi’esque ROIs ranging from 115% in 1 hour to 540% in 180 days.

Both website domains, ‘bigukadshares.com’ and ‘bigukinvest.com’, have their registration set to private.

As always, if a MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The Big UK Ad Shares Product Line

Big UK Ad Shares have no retailable products or services. The company does market advertising separate to company membership,

however they do pay out commissions on this advertising meaning it’s not true retail.

Big UK Ad Shares members are only able to make $20 investments with the company, with each investment being bundled with a series of advertising credits. These advertising credits are then able to be used to advertise on an inhouse advertising network that features on the company website.

The Big UK Ad Shares Compensation Plan

Big UK Ad Shares pay out ROIs on member investments, as well as referral commissions on the investments made by members recruited.

Investments in Big UK Ad Shares are $20 each, capped at $20,000. Big UK Ad Shares guarantees a 500% ROI on each $20 investment made with the company.

Additionally referral commissions are paid out on the investments made by members recruited. This is done using a unilevel commissions structure, with new members you personally recruit forming your level 1. Any new members your level 1 recruit form your level 2 and so on and so forth.

How much of a referral commission you earn on the investments made by your downline depends on which level of your unilevel team they fall on:

  • Level 1 – 4%
  • Levels 2 to 4 – 1%
  • Level 5 – 3%

Joining Big UK Ad Shares

Membership to Big UK Ad Shares is free, however members are only able to earn a commission by directly investing themselves, or recruiting new members and convincing them to invest.

Conclusion

Despite heavily promoting the idea of “revenue-share”, analysis concludes that Big UK Ad Share is nothing more than a Ponzi scheme.

100% of the revenue generated by the company is sourced from members and all ROIs are paid out with member money.

Despite trying to differentiate members from retail advertisers, the company pays out identical referral commissions on both account types meaning that from a commission standpoint there is no difference between the two (why would an advertiser want to refer investors?).

The only difference appears to be that ‘Advertisers’ can purchase advertising at a lower entry point ($5), however without the guaranteed 500% ROIs, I don’t see why anyone would take this offer up over the $20 investment offer members get.

That said you can’t completely discount the offering just because nobody would take it off, but when you consider that the ‘advertiser’ accounts are paid referral commissions and are able to recruit new members, this completely eliminates any possibility that funds entering Big UK Ad Shares via ‘advertiser’ accounts could be counted as external revenue.

The revenue is all derived from members and thus so too are the returns paid out.

Big UK Ad Shares admit this themselves in their description of how the scheme works:

Once the admin fee and referral commissions are taken from the share price, the remainder is split equally and distributed in fair shares to the next set of members. Depending on what the Admin sets, it could be 20 members, 50 members, or even 100 members!

But this is the closely guarded secret that makes this program work so well, and generates more and more sales to be shared amongst it members.

Closely guarded secret eh? All I read was that you invest your money and then the admin pays out a select group of people their guaranteed ROI.

In any case, the key point to take away from the above description is that money comes in via members, the admin takes their cut and once referral commissions are paid, the same money is merely redistributed between existing members owed a ROI.

Classic Ponzi and completely unsustainable once new member investments dry up.
