ACN halts recruitment in Europe (we don’t know why)

ACN has halted recruitment of distributors in Europe.
As per a message sent out to ACN’s European distributors;
Sponsoring new IBOs is temporarily unavailable until further notice.
Please visit your Back Office for further information.
BehindMLM has not seen the “further information” ACN claims is in the backoffice.
I hit up ACN Europe’s FaceBook page and there’s nothing about shutting down recruitment.
Ironically, the last post on ACN Europe’s page congratulates new distributors on their recruitment efforts;
BehindMLM isn’t aware of any pending regulatory litigation against ACN in Europe. We remain unclear on why recruitment has been stopped.
ACN has just bought Jeunesse.
Recruitment hasn’t stop in Europe. ACN has a separate entity in 18 European countries. IBO’s in 8 countries will change entity to the Dutch entity ACN opportunity BV for administrative reasons.
To make this operation smooth and easy, temporarily IBO’s can not be recruited under the old entities in 8 countries only.
By January 1st 2023 new ibo’s can be recruited again in this specific 8 countries. The remaining 10 European countries nothing changed and business as usual.
Sounds like recruitment did stop and is set to be resumed in 2023?
“Administrative reasons” doesn’t take months to sort out. Sounds awfully fishy.
There are rumors that it is maybe because of the take-over of Jeunesse that they are restructuring things.
That take-over got never confirmed yet publicly many people wonder why!
That was just the beginning of the end. ACN is shutting down its activities in Europe.
They are fooling their IBOs over there, trying to convince them to go to Zinzino under the false claim that they have invested in this Swedish MLM. But in fact, they just want the IBOs to leave so they can close their business at no cost.
Look on Social Media, all their leaders are flying to Oslo this week hoping to grow their business with ACN when in fact they are just being manipulated.
I had this info first hand from one of their biggest IBO in Spain. Wait a bit for the confirmation.
Notice now webpage for country is gone and European office Amsterdam is closed, webpage shows from 27 country only Spain , France , Germany MY page don’t show anymore America , Canada.
They are gone.

Why would the US and Canada show up on a European website? ACN’s .COM website still services North America.
