Aqua Marine Club’s website domain (‘amcglobal.io”), was privately registered on April 25th, 2024.
Despite only existing for a few months, Aqua Marine Club claims it’s an “industry leading Crypto trading platform”.
In an attempt to appear legitimate, Aqua Marine Club claims it is “registered in the British Virgin Islands”.
Aqua Marine Club being registered in the BVI as a shell company is an immediate red flag. BVI is a scam-friendly jurisdiction with little to no regulation of MLM related securities fraud.
Aqua Marine Club also claims it has registered with BVI’s FInancial Services Commission.
A search of the FSC’s registered company database reveals this is false:
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Aqua Marine Club has no retailable products or services.
Affiliates are only able to market Aqua Marine Club affiliate membership itself.

Aqua Marine affiliates invest USD equivalents in cryptocurrency. This is done on the promise of advertised returns:
- Standard Plan – invest $49 to $1499 and receive 0.7% a day

- Elite Plan – invest $10,000 or more and receive 1.5% a day

Referral Commissions
Aqua Marine Club pays referral commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

If Aqua Marine Club already has an AI trading bot consistently generating 1.5% a day, what do they need your money for?
As it stands, the only verifiable source of revenue entering Aqua Marine Club is new investment.
Using new investment to pay affiliate withdrawals would make Aqua Marine Club a Ponzi scheme. With nothing marketed or sold to retail customers, the MLM side of Aqua Marine Club functions as a pyramid scheme.
As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.
This will starve Aqua Marine Club of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.

There’s a whole fleet of people claiming that you can do arbitrage trading. Our Avenger technical team has done a lot of research on this, and there’s never been any proof that any real arbitrage trading is actually happening on any of the platforms we are monitoring.
It’s just another way to scam people out of paying for overpriced license fees. Some of them pay 65% commissions to people who sell these fake licenses.
Things need to change; people need to start watching videos and reading content like this to stay informed.
Over the years I’ve just simplified this to “securities fraud = Ponzi scheme”. Saves a lot of time.
