Innov8tive Nutrition Review: LaCore Enterprises patch opp
Innov8tive Nutrition provides no information on its website about who owns or runs the company.
I’ve reviewed enough LaCore Enterprises companies now that I recognized the Melissa, Texas corporate address provided on Innov8tive Nutrition’s website.
A visit to Innov8tive Nutrition’s Facebook page revealed marketing videos featuring Dave Pitcock.
On LinkedIn Dave’s wife, Barb Pitcock, cites herself as Innov8tive Nutrition’s CEO.
The Pitcock’s (right) made a name for themselves first with Youngevity and then Wakaya Perfection.
The Pitcock’s were part of a team of former Youngevity distributors that gutted the company to form Wakaya Perfection.
Innov8tive Nutrition originally launched in September 2016, with different executives.
A 2016 press-release names Heidi and Ken Whitehair (right) as Innov8tive Nutritional’s original solo leadership.
The Pitcock’s seem to have gotten involved in Innov8tive Nutrition in late 2019, around the time LaCore Enterprises acquired Wakaya Perfection.
A March 2020 press-release states Innov8tive Nutrition is ‘headed by couples Heidi and Ken Whitehair and Dave and Barb Pitcock’.
I originally though the Pitcock’s ousted the Whitehairs from their executive roles. Rather it seems Barb Pitcock was appointed co-CEO sometime in 2020. She shares that role with Heidi Whitehair.
Both Dave Pitcock and Ken Whitehair appear to work as background executives.
The Pitcocks coming on board appears to coincide with a change in Innov8tive Nutrition’s product direction in 2020.
The original supplement offering was what you’d expect from a nutritional MLM company:
Innov8tive Nutrition is run through the Texas corporation Innov8tive Nutrition, INC.
LaCore Enterprises owner Terry LaCore is listed as the sole director of the company.
He’s held that position since November 2016, meaning Innov8tive Nutrition has always been a LaCore Enterprises company.
Interestingly there was a brief cross-over with Lifocity from September 2019 to January 2020. Not sure what that was about.
Why executive information isn’t provided on Innov8tive Nutrition’s website is unclear. Unfortunately this is a recurring theme with LaCore Enterprises companies.

Fola Global committing FamilyMart franchise securities fraud?
Fola Global came up for review today.
As I began to research the company, which launched only a few month ago, I realized they don’t provide compensation details on their website.
This in and of itself is a red flag. Intentionally withholding compensation information is reason enough to avoid an MLM opportunity.
Normally I’d leave a review there, but then Fola Global’s “franchise opportunity” caught my eye. [Continue reading…]

Elevate Pass Review: 200% ROI adpack crypto Ponzi
Elevate Pass operates in the cryptocurrency MLM niche.
The company is headed up by CEO Rafael Cebula.
Cebula appears to be a crypto bro, launching Elevate Pass from obscurity.
Circa 2019 Cebula was promoting the Omega Group Ponzi scheme:
Omega Group collapsed in February 2020.
From June 2020 Cebula attempted to rebrand himself as an MLM coach on YouTube.
Cebula’s last YouTube upload was in October 2020. A few months before he realized his entrepreneur channel was going nowhere, Cebula launched Mad Investor.
The first Mad Investor video was uploaded in August 2020.
As of three days ago Cebula was still uploading crypto bro videos, however his audience has shrunk considerably.
In April 2021 Cebula teamed up with Kaja Sikora to launch Mad Wear, a crypto themed clothing line.
Sikora is Elevate Pass’ Chief Marketing Officer, so there appears to at least be a prior business relationship between the two.
Mad Wear flopped, leading us to the Elevate Pass launch announcement about a week ago.
Based Cebula’s and Sikora’s respective Facebook profiles place them in the UK. This is where Elevate Pass appears to be operated from.

Nutonic Review 2.0: Autoship recruitment addressed?
BehindMLM published its initial Nutonic review on June 17th.
On June 19th co-founder Jerry Booth reached out to, among other things;
- accuse me of copying the review “from another webpage”;
- relying on information that was “from the website before it launched”;
- using compensation information “not from the official company plan”;
One of the things I came down hard on with Nutonic was its lack of retail focus.
Nowhere is this more evident than in the fact that one affiliate order satisfies the minimum 40 PV a month rank requirement.
Seeing as only 5 PV from each retail product orders counts toward PV, eight retail product orders are required to meet 40 PV.
It was obvious that Nutonic expected affiliates to qualify for commissions with a self-purchase, reducing it to an affiliate autoship opportunity.
I.e. you sign up as a Nutonic affiliate and you go on autoship. Then you recruit other affiliates who do the same and get paid.
Booth (right with co-founder Kim Booth) objected to this, stating;
Autoship is an option for customers or distributors and is not mandatory.
It’s free to join, no packages or bulk buying required, buy and pay as a guest if required, but yes reps have to be qualified only to get paid. If they retail 3 products a month @ $20 commission on each,$60 they end up $10 in profit to be qualified.
In fairness, if you cannot sell 3 products in a month, then MLM is probably not for you.
After clearing up that every BehindMLM is written from scratch by myself, I requested a copy of Nutonic’s current compensation plan.
Booth obliged, so today BehindMLM is revisiting Nutonic for an updated review. [Continue reading…]

CashFX Group’s dodgy KYC shell merchant busted
As part of its ongoing campaign to deny affiliate withdrawal requests, CashFX Group recently implemented KYC.
