CashFlow Investment Review: 15% a day MLM Ponzi
Cashflow Investment fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.
Cashflow Investment has two known website domains:
- cashflowinvest.org – first registered back in 2022, private registration last updated on February 11th, 2024; and
- cashflowinvestment.ltd – first registered in May 2023, private registration last updated on February 25th, 2024
In an attempt to appear legitimate, CashFlow Investment provides a corporate address in Estonia on its website.
This appears to be a random residential address in Tallinn. It is unlikely to have anything to do with CashFlow Investment.
CashFlow Investment additionally provided an Estonian shell company in its marketing:
The date of certificate is 2018, meaning it predates CashFlow Investment existing by four years (i.e. the certificate has nothing to do with CashFlow Investment).
On the regulatory front, CashFlow Investment received a securities fraud warning from Australia on February 16th, 2024.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

CashFlow Investment Conclusion
CashFlow Investment represents it generates external revenue through “trade, real estate and oil”.
Trade | Real Estate | Oil and Gas- We combine our decades of business ownership and expertise with strong business foundations to establish the systems and strategies for long-term growth.
No evidence is provided, and CashFlow Investment contradicts itself several times in its marketing material.
In addition to manual trading by top-level traders, our specialists have developed specialized software (robots) that trades according to specified algorithms and brings a stable income to the company.
That’s from CashFlow Investment’s “corporate profile” PDF. It features stock photos and random copy that feels strung together by an AI chatbot.
Ultimately, CashFlow Investment business model also fails the Ponzi logic test. At 15% a day, what on Earth does CashFlow Investment need your money for?
As it stands, the only verifiable source of revenue entering CashFlow Investment is new investment.
Using new investment to pay affiliate withdrawals would make CashFlow Investment a Ponzi scheme.
As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.
This will starve CashFlow Investment of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
And anyone thinking about pouring their own money into thiefs pockets fail to pass basic maths too.
In addition to the date being obviously fake, the “Estonian” shell company certificate has the harp of Ireland and an office title in Irish Gaelic on it…
That’s a bit too specific for a random scammer to have put together.
I guess we’re in the era of AI generated bogus shell company certificates now. Yay technology!
“Random residential address in Tallinn” is a block of grotty apartments.
You see grotty apartments, CashFlow Investments sees some poor schmucks flat as a 15% a day technological superhub.
tHe FuTuRe Of FiNaNcE!
Unfortunately I have invested in this company and now struggling to get my funds back, always asking for more funds to release my withdrawal.
they released a payment into my coin wallet but I still cannot use it, as they are asking for another payment to activate the wallet, where should I report this as a scam.
CashFlow Investment didn’t release anything. You invested into a Ponzi scheme and got scammed. Now they’re trying to double scam you through the advanced-fee model (pay us more to access the money in your backoffice that doesn’t exist).
You can report to your local authorities but unless you know who you actually invested with don’t expect much.
@ Mark
Which passed your due diligence first –
The Estonian certificate of incorporation with the Irish harp, bad punctuation, issued by a non-existent authority and backed by a law which doesn’t exist; or,
The palatial corporate HQ in a crumbling Soviet apartment block?
Personally my money’s on the 15% a day.
Corblimey 15% a day, that looks proper legit innit?
(I have no idea if Mark is from the UK but that’s his thought process. It’s canon now.)
I am experiencing the same problem these people keep asking for more money. Money for certificate, money (500) for remove a code from withdrawal. Next $750 again before I can withdraw.
next I get a message saying request a withdrawal. I did make the request I the withdrawal never make it to my wallet. still waiting.
You got scammed and then fleeced for another $1250. Sorry for your loss.
Stop paying them money, it’s gone.
Same here—I received a small withdrawal at first and thought it was legit. I invested more money, but they said I needed to wait for more withdrawals to be approved and to follow poorly written terms and conditions.
How are there no reviews or scam alerts from others who lost money to this scam?
Has anyone else been scammed by someone calling themselves Jackeline Marie?
I just tried to make a withdrawal, and they told me I needed 2000 to some certificate and I also got scammed certificates by the same person.
I also got a scammed by the name of certificate, they asking about $2000 to pay for certificate and then you will get your withdrawals but this is double scammed to us.
stay avoid , I am sad due to this fake world.
Has anyone paid for the so called certificate and got nothing back after?
In order to help other people not to fall into this scam, please report to your local Police office and Cyber Crime agency. Reports can be also made here: econsumer.gov/#crnt.
Yes I have been scammed by her as well.
Have you guys read the Rules on the cashflow’s website platform?
That is interesting – It actually tells you, you have to invest more than your profit!
Built in advanced fee scam.
