2Biz Guaranteed Cash Review: Delgado launches third Ponzi cycler
There is no information on the 2Biz Guaranteed Cash website indicating who owns or runs the business.
The 2Biz Guaranteed Cash website is hosted on the free Yola site platform.
A few months ago Jose Delgado launched similar looking websites on the Beep free hosting platform.
The Solid Trust Pay account “css500” used by both Real Cash Now and Cash Rite is featured on the 2Biz Guaranteed Cash website.
Real Cash Now was launched in July and was a four-tier Ponzi cycler. Cash Rite was launched in August and was also a Ponzi cycler.
Beep shut down both schemes shortly after launch, which has likely prompted Delgado to now switch over to Yola.

The 2Biz Guaranteed Cash Product Line
2Biz Guaranteed Cash has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market 2Biz Guaranteed Cash affiliate membership itself.
Bundled with 2Biz Guaranteed Cash affiliate membership is access to a “freebie and coupon savings information service”.
The 2Biz Guaranteed Cash Compensation Plan
The 2Biz Guaranteed Cash compensation plan sees affiliates purchase $6 positions in a 10×4 matrix.
A 10×4 matrix places an affiliates an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with ten positions directly under them.
These ten positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting each of the first ten positions into another ten positions each (100 positions).
The third and fourth levels of the matrix are generated in the same manner, housing 1000 and 10,000 positions respectively.
A complete 10×4 matrix houses 11,110 positions respectively.
Positions in the 10×4 matrix are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of new 2Biz Guaranteed Cash affiliates.
Commissions are paid as positions are filled as follows:
- level 1 (positions cost $6, ten positions to fill) – $20 commission and cycles into level 2
- level 2 (100 positions to fill) – $950 commission and cycles into level 3
- level 3 (1000 positions to fill) – $24,400 commission and cycles into level 4
- level 4 – (10,000 positions to fill) – $4,000,000 commission upon completion of the level
Joining 2Biz Guaranteed Cash
2Biz Guaranteed Cash affiliate membership is tied to a $6 matrix position purchase.
Conclusion
Like Real Cash Now and Cash Rite before it, 2Biz Guaranteed Cash is another matrix cycler Ponzi.
Affiliates purchase $6 matrix positions on the promise of an eventual $4,025,370 ROI.
Needless to say the only matrix positions that will get remotely close to paying that out are those pre-loaded by Jose Delgado.
And that’s on top of the fee he collects at each matrix level:
- level 1 sets aside $20 to unlock level 2, of which only $10 is paid in
- level 2 sets aside $50 to unlock level 3, of which only $25 is paid in
- level 3 sets aside $600 to unlock level 4, of which only $400 is paid in
As with all Ponzi schemes, once recruitment of new affiliates slows down 2Biz Guaranteed Cash will find itself unable to meet its ROI obligations.
At that point the scheme collapses, leaving the majority of 2Biz Guaranteed Cash affiliates out of pocket.
Before that happens however, it’s likely Yola will pull the plug on the site.
As with Beep, free hosting sites aren’t keen on their platforms being used to commit financial fraud.
As usual if you have no skills, no aspirations, no ethics and no qualifications and want to get into network marketing what do you do?
Simple. Start a revshare or cycler!
