Back in May this year, the the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) won a judgement in the Australian Supreme Court effectively prohibiting TVI Express from being promoted in Australia. Last week the the Australian Competitive and Consumer Commission (ACCC) went after TVI in an Australian federal court claiming the company was a pyramid scheme. Last week an Australian Federal court banned Travel Ventures International (TVI Express) from being promoted in Australia. I haven’t had the time yet to explore the TVI Express business opportunity but it seems that if the Australian Competitive and Consumer Commission (ACCC) have their way I won’t get a chance to. Today a ruling by the Federal Court of Australia effectively banned TVI Express from being promoted in Australia.
