OneCoin’s Ruja Ignatova on FBI’s top ten most wanted list
The FBI has added OneCoin founder Ruja Ignatova to their top ten most wanted list.
US authorities have put up a $100,000 reward “for information leading to (her) arrest”.
As per a press-release issued by the FBI earlier today;
The FBI today announced the addition of Ruja Ignatova to its Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. Ignatova is being sought for her alleged leadership of a massive fraud scheme that affected millions of investors worldwide.
On October 12, 2017, Ignatova was charged in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and a federal warrant was issued for her arrest.
Investigators believe Ignatova may have been tipped off that she was under investigation by U.S. and international authorities.
She traveled from Sofia, Bulgaria, to Athens, Greece, on October 25, 2017, and has not been seen since.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to her arrest.
The FBI’s press-release was accompanied by a June 30th press-conference.
There are three leading theories as to where Ruja is; the bottom of the ocean, Dubai or Russia.
Ignatova is only the 11th woman to have been selected to be on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list in its 72-year history.
She is currently 42 years old and has brown eyes and dark brown to black hair. Investigators, however, believe she could have altered her physical appearance.
Ignatova speaks English, German, and Bulgarian. She may be traveling on a fraudulent passport and has known connections to Bulgaria, Germany, Russia, Greece, and the United Arab Emirates.
Special Agent Ronald Shimko, who is investigating the case out of the FBI’s New York Field Office, noted that before she disappeared, Ignatova lived a lavish lifestyle.
My personal pick is Dubai, owing to Ignatova’s financial ties to the UAE and Dubai being the MLM scam capital of the world.
Dubai also fits Ignatova’s high-maintenance princess vibe over the bottom of the sea and Russia.
If you have any information about the whereabouts of Ruja Ignatova, please contact your local FBI office or the nearest American Embassy or Consulate.
Tips can be reported anonymously and can also be reported online at tips.fbi.gov.
Ignatova’s official FBI wanted poster is also available.
Last month Ignatova was added to Interpol’s red notice wanted list.
Europol has similarly put up a €5000 EUR reward for “any crucial information leading to” Ignatova’s arrest ($5,234 USD).
Update 23rd June 2023 – The FBI has bumped Ruja Ignatova’s arrest bounty to $250,000.

This is beautiful, let’s hope she’s not hiding in Dubai.
Ruja on FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives announcement is getting huge publicity! Much more than Ruja’s Interpol Red Notice.
OneCoin scammers on Facebook are desperately trying to delete comments about this. 😀
It was kind of trippy yesterday, idly scrolling through Google News and seeing Ruja’s image emerge from off-screen. “Hey, I know that face!” (*Gags on mouthful of coffee*)
All the major news outlets had picked up the story, of course; a woman making the FBI’s 10 most-wanted list is certainly newsworthy. And it’s pretty rare for anyone to make said list who isn’t accused of violent crimes; “Should be considered armed and [extremely] dangerous” is a common watchphrase.
As I write this, all on the list, save Ruja, are men who have that phrase on their wanted poster (7 of the 9 include the “extremely” modifier).
And then there’s Ruja, accused only of financial crimes. Interesting developments, for sure.
Earlier this week I did a stream of her infamous Wembley speech juxtaposing her to Ash Mufareh (there is no comparison because he cannot get out a coherent sentence).
I was glad to see she made it to the top 10. I’m with you, my bet is Dubai. Plenty of sketchy people to hang with and a “great” place to live off the backs of those you scammed.
As much of a socialite as she represented herself to be I think, wherever she is, Ruja is probably mostly in isolation.
There’s too much at stake for the organized crime connections above her.
She must be in Dubai.. every big criminal from Bulgaria ends up in Dubai..
The connection to Bitcoin is out there:

I vote for the “the bottom of the ocean” option.
It is highly unlikely that she’s hiding in Dubai. Dubai while being a scammers Mecca, it’s still very cooperative with the US when it comes to arrests and extraditions.
Case in point, about a year ago Dubai cooperated with the US to arrest and swiftly extradite a Nigerian scammer “Hushpuppy”, a business email scammer that managed to steal a couple of millions out of US businesses.
If Ruja was in Dubai, she would have been extradited by now.
It is also highly unlikely that she’s in Russia, without any high level political ties, a person like her, with the amount of money she stole, would have been milked dry for everything she had by the Russian mafia and thrown in a ditch.
She’s either in the bottom of the ocean, or hiding somewhere in Bulgaria.
The BBC has more:
(Ozedit: link removed, see #8)
@Cane, Jamie Bartlett thinks Ruja could live mostly on yachts in the Mediterranean on the international waters. There are some independent sightings though unconfirmed.
One thing which is strange is, that according to the people who worked close to the Ignatov family, the mother Veska and brother Konstantin didn’t seem to be upset at all about her disappearance.
Thanks Fin, added.
OneCoin/OneEcosystem MLM Captain Cordel James tries to do damage control after the FBI added Ruja to the 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list.
His biggest argument is that the company is still operating in Bulgaria so OneEcosystem (same scam) must be a legit project..
I hope that now even more pressure can be put to Bulgarian authorities even though the Chief Prosecutor of Bulgaria Ivan Geshev is protecting OneCoin.
It’s funny how KingJayms blatantly lies that the Europeans didn’t find anything wrong from OneCoin and dropped investigations, considering the Münster trial is a direct continuation to the Sofia office raid in January 2018. And KingJayms should be indicted and arrested already.
KingJayms’ damage control video: youtu.be/eMY-Q73XDNs
KingJayms said that the company is preparing an announcement regarding Ruja being in FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.
I can guess what the Bulgarian scam company will say. They will say they have now an Ethereum code based blockchain and they are only selling education and are not an investment company. Even though putting a worthless ponzi scam coin to a real blockchain won’t of course magically make it legit.
They still announce a fake self proclaimed euro value for their coin not based on absolutely anything on their website, and claim OneCoin market-cap is ridiculous 3.8 Trillion Euros (more than 4.5 times than all 20000 crpytos on CoinMarketCap).
They will say Dealshaker is the proof OneCoin is real and has a real value, even though it’s a ridiculous flea market, people selling partially in OneCoin and taking the product market price in Euros.
They still sell packages which imply to produce 10-200x more value in OneCoins than the package price, just like in 2014.
They will try to claim OneEcosystem is now a legit project even though it’s the exact same scam as when Ruja and Konstantin were running it. And Konstantin pleaded guilty of fraud in 4 charges.
I know people in Sofia and some top “leaders” are reading this. For you I want to say, you know you are despicable scammers. The law will eventually catch up to you.
You know you will never get any regulatory licenses for anything OneCoin related, but you keep lying to the believing members. You will go down mfkers.
Very detailed article by Jamie Bartlett.
dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10976211/Why-believe-Cryptoqueen-fraudster-vanished-3-3billion-hiding-luxury-yacht-Med.html
I did see that article and I’m kind of warming to the “she’s on a boat” scenario.
Does make me wonder though why the boat hasn’t been tracked yet. Can’t be that hard (if you have govt resources).
The Daily Heil is one of the UK’s trashier outlets and this is fairly typical of its output.
No actual evidence of Ruja being on a yacht is presented, beyond “some waiter claimed to have seen her”.
People claimed for decades that they’d seen Lord Lucan here, there and everywhere after he disappeared in 1974.
What little evidence trail the journo has ends at a mansion in Dubai. From then on it’s just wishful thinking.
This is the clincher for me:
Later on, having taken Ruja’s 200 IQ claim at face value, the author proposes a theory that gangsters might be keeping Ruja for her cryptocurrency expertise to help them move money around.
Yep, that’s right. Ruja “guh-nee-sis” Ignatova. Is being held by Boris for her l33t cryptocurrency skillz. The same Ruja “200 IQ” Ignatova whose ignorance of cryptocurrency basics entertained us and the crypto bro community for years.
(For those not familiar with how IQ scores work, the only people who claim an IQ of 200 are idiots trying to impress imbeciles.)
It’s an absolutely laughable ramble of weapons-grade piffle.
I can’t speak to The Daily Mail or Ruja’s IQ but the author is Jamie Bartlett. He’s done his homework over the past few years.
I did think the story about her crapping on about crypto and using a computer on a yacht was dubious. Ruja clearly knew only just enough about crypto to BS people.
I read the article also, and there is some logic to it. Greece is loaded with natural harbors; maybe Athens was her destination and not a connection point to a different flight.
Since February, Western governments have been seizing the assets of various Russian billionaire oligarchs, among them several super-yachts.
Suddenly the yachting world is a hot topic, and YouTube’s suggestions reflect that. There’s a channel dedicated to the world of super-yachts; naturally I started watching.
Some of those yachts are the size (and cost) of 20-story office buildings. They’re the headline-grabbers, but mid-size yachts could offer a pretty upscale way to live, and there are a lot of mid-size yachts out there.
That having been said, yachts need crews, and crews have eyes–and $100k is a lot of money to us non-yacht-owners. This new reward money could make things … interesting.
Edit: I see now it was a different article. The one I read didn’t prate on about 200 IQ (a number off the scale anyway; IQ tests top out at 180).
The homework runs out at the Dubai compound in 2019. From that paragraph on there’s as much evidence for Ruja’s continued existence as the Loch Ness Monster.
You work on a yacht full of Bulgarian gangsters, in a job where discretion could not be more paramount, some journalist asks on Facebook if you’ve seen one of your guests and you say “sure, that’s her”? Why not.
I’m on team “bottom of the sea” but I wouldn’t be flabbergasted at being wrong. Dr Karadzic turned up eventually after 12 years on the run.
But this is too desperate an attempt to create a story out of nothing.
Ruja has not been seen for five years. She couldn’t crypto her way out of a wet paper wallet and was a liability to Bulgarian organised crime.
The idea that she is on a yacht playing Swordfish in the morning and getting drunk in Greek restaurants in the evening is not the most obvious explanation for her disappearance.
True, that. Ruja didn’t know crypto from calypso.
“guh-NEE-sus.” LOL.
I mean, she landed in Athens, FFS. Genesis is a Greek word.
@Malthusian, do you think Veska and Konstantin are psychos for not showing any emotions if she really disappeared from *everybody* including them?
Maybe they could act it out, but several insiders reported that they didn’t notice their behavior as such that their child/sister had completely disappeared.
@ Malthusian
You must have really done something terrific to highlight the whole thing and draw attention to the Ruja mess if you’re confident enough to take on Jamie Bartlett’s efforts.
May we please see it?
Is that a trick question?
Bit remiss of 200-IQ Ruja to tell her mother and brother to look a bit sad so people didn’t realise she was still alive.
William Ockham has an alternative explanation for why they didn’t seem that sad she’s dead: they’re not very nice people.
To be clear, I’m not pooh-poohing the idea she’s alive. It’s the less likely explanation but in an infinite universe, unlikely things happen all the time.
What sets my podcast-piffle-ometer off is taking Ruja’s 200 IQ claims at face value and the idea that Professor Guh-nee-sis actually was a crypto supervillain all along, for no other reason than it makes a better story.
@ Malthusian
Yes, they’re not very nice people. We get that.
However, when K was arrested, there was genuine concern according to people who were there (I’d be surprised if you know them or this), from Veska who nearly collapsed reportedly on hearing the news.
Of course the 200 point IQ is complete BS
Definitely in Dubai. Her money will be safe and she can wear a Burka when she’s out and about!
Shure, the Al Qasimi clan keeps her as house pet in an dungeon.
For anyone wondering about the “Guh-ness-iss block” reference (especially anyone familiar with cryptocurrency/ blockchain), here is one of the greatest moments in Onecoin history/ fabrication/ comedy:

You all just fell prey to your own greed. Admit it, some of you all made a crap load of money.

OneCoin criminals are now trying to distance themselves from Ruja with the announcement of the scam’s Bulgarian CEO.
He forgot to tell that most of the employees in Sofia office still work at One Network Services Ltd, as they did when Ruja was around.
Everybody knows it’s the exact same scam.
And having a rental office in Switzerland doesn’t make OneEcosystem registered, and certainly not with any regulator. But it’s interesting that they chose this tactics although Ignatov crime family matriarch Veska and the head accountant Georgi Georgiev are still very much in control.

I don’t think 230k btc is needed to change a company name from Alosia Holding AG to EcosystemOne Ag, and register an address to the same place which nearly 30 other companies use. I wonder is there even an office place, or is it merely a mail box..
But the scammers, including recently the scam CEO Zlatkov use this to hype that OneEcosystem is registered in Switzerland.. 😀

share-your-photo.com/fdb9035e5b
Is this statement credible?
Melanie, Let me see if I can help you understand what he means by “gas.”
Gas refers to the cost necessary to perform a transaction on the network. Miners set the price of gas based on supply and demand for the computational power of the network needed to process smart contracts and other transactions.
Hope this helped.
RE: Average ETH Gas Prices
According to ycharts.com,the average Ethereum Gas price is about 32.79 gwei, as of August 10, 2022. Over the course of the past 12 months, this price has gone as high as 474.57 gwei and as low as 12.28 gwei.
What this means in dollars: Between Jan. 2021 and May 2022, Ethereum’s average daily gas fee was about $40, reaching the highest daily average in May 2022: about $196.63.
As of August 10, 2022, Ethereum average gas fees are about $1.60.
….
That said, there are some ways individuals can try to reduce gas fees.
• Stick to weekend transactions: Typically, gas prices are higher during weekdays and lower on weekends.
• Initiate transactions at off times: Those who follow gas prices carefully have noticed that the least busy time is between midnight and 4:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
MORE: sofi.com/learn/content/what-is-ethereum-gas/#average-eth-gas-prices
Interestingly, Onecoin “gas fees” appear to be static (ie., fixed and unwavering), while actual ETH gas fees can fluctuate wildly, from day-to-day. Why/ how is this?
Thank you Lynndel and TimTayshun, but I am obviously too stupid to really understand this.
Gas packages cost 40, 350, 3,000, 12,500, 20,000, 75,000 or 100,000 euros. Of course, the scammers in Sofia don’t accept OneCoins:
share-your-photo.com/fef55b1c0e
Do I have to pay 100,000 euros to the scammers for 1 million gas? Or will that be offset against my OneCoin balance? Who is the recipient of the 100,000 euros?

Thought this was funny. Word is really getting around. I watch this guy’s channel all the time for crime stories.
youtube.com/shorts/vqeNLaFQvNQ
Yes Melanie. in order to buy 1 million gas, you have to send them 100,000 euros worth of BTC which shows in Portal as Euros. And then you can buy the Gas package.
One is the only “cryptocoin” in the world which prices its direct coin transfers (indirectly) in Euros instead of the internal crypto currency.. For obvious reasons. One is worthless.
Thank you WhistleBlowerFin.

CEO Ventsislav Zlatkov announced the launch of OneForex for early 2023 during the digital event on September 9, 2022. It’s amazing how fast the scammers in Sofia are working. OneCoin IMAs had to wait only six years for it….
Quote from December 2016:
share-your-photo.com/3a18495240
If I understand correctly, the use of OneForex will not be free. A subscription for six or twelve months must be taken out. This will cost 200 euros per month.
But Ventsislav Zlatkov is generous and said:
share-your-photo.com/5052eb0133
youtube.com/watch?v=dnH2tNGSJ1Y
So OneCoin is going to devolve into a simple forex trading bot scheme.
Download script, attach to website. They could have it running tomorrow. Wonder what the delay is.
Maybe they’re hoping the market picks up so the Ponzi returns don’t look too obvious.
Quote from the video:
share-your-photo.com/370f6bfc9c
youtu.be/dnH2tNGSJ1Y?t=186
Moreover, Ventsislav Zlatkov explicitly mentions what is not possible on OneForex.
New money only. ONE is and always has been worthless.
Let me help you out here with the answer Ventsislav: the answer is NO!
I realize that is hard to say with all the “positive vibes” the leadership is feeding the suckers, err cult members, err affiliates.
But then when you have a worthless coin if you actually said “NO” the faithful would realize they have been lied to!!

I’m wary of trusting anything out of Bulgaria. Especially when there’s politics and/or organized crime ties.
That said, I wouldn’t at all be surprised if this actually took place.
Hopefully Christophoros Amanatidis – Taki is wanted by US authorities and is picked up at some point.
^ Yeah I wouldn’t be surprised if it was true that Ruja was murdered in November 2018 already.
However, considering Bulgaria I wouldn’t be one bit surprised if there’s an effort to get Ruja out of the Interpol Red Notice and FBI Ten Most Wanted -lists.
In an article dated December 15, 2022, “Taki” was also mentioned:

I am not convinced this story is true. I think it is designed to throw the authorities off track and stop looking for her.
Also her family has not shown any concern she is dead. Just the opposite. If she is dead and they know it, then they didn’t like her anymore than anyone else.
I also think if she was, and they knew it, they would let it be known so it would give the appearance of OneEcosystem being real and a whole new company.
Time will tell who’s right.

FFS It’s like those people try really hard to look like Batman villains.
The dubious bird of paradise Evgeni Minchev seeks proximity to politicians. Three days ago this photo was taken with the Bulgarian President Rumen Radev (left):

Thanks for catching that Melanie. A minor development but still worth noting.

OneCoin scammer Krisztina Makkane Nemeth from Budapest in Hungary uploaded 54 videos to her YouTube channel from June 2016 to May 2020. She then took a break and uploaded five more videos for the OneCoin scam in July 2023:

What did she do for OneCoin in those three years? Three years of vacation with worthless OneCoins?
The five videos from July 2023 were all old and no longer up to date. Here is an example. The following screenshot shows email addresses that are no longer valid because the dealshaker.tech website no longer exists!

The old video with “King Jayms” (real name Cordel James), who turned his back on the OneCoin scam two months earlier (in May 2023), is also absolutely ridiculous!

@ Melanie
Some credit please. I also created “Old DealShaker”. Mea Culpa
Yeah, that’s something I would definitely want mentioned on my resume. ROFLOL!!
What more can I say?
I can’t undo the past but chances are if you know anything about this, you got it from me at some point.
