Daxio’s Arctic Coffeehouse NFT grift collapses?
Although its website is still up, Daxio’s Arctic Coffeehouse grift may have collapsed.
Company records in Norway reveal Arctic Coffee House AG was dissolved on March 25th, 2025.
Andre Loua, a Norwegian citizen with an MLM history, is listed as Arctic Coffeehouse’s Chairman of the Board.
Curiously there’s no mention of Arctic Coffee House AG being dissolved on Arctic Coffehouse’s website.
Instead addressing it no longer existing as a corporate entity, Arctic Coffeehouse published a marketing newsletter on April 28th;
The Coffee Market is Booming – and So Are We!
Right now, the world can’t get enough of coffee – and neither can we! The global coffee industry is thriving like never before.
Experts predict a steady 4% annual growth over the next decade, fueled by a powerful shift: people everywhere are demanding higher quality, specialty coffee experiences.
At the heart of this movement is the rise of premium, artisanal coffee – exactly where Arctic CoffeeHouse is positioned.
Consumers today want authenticity, craftsmanship, and a personal story behind their brew – not just another generic cup. We are ready to serve that desire with excellence.
Coffee prices are also increasing globally, especially for top-quality beans. That means the value of strong, premium brands like Arctic CoffeeHouse is only going up.
For you as a Royalty Program member, this is crucial: You are tied to a company that is aligned with the most important market trends – at exactly the right time. As we grow, your early belief and loyalty will turn into tangible rewards.
Building a Startup – Together, Stronger Than Ever
We are building Arctic CoffeeHouse with passion, precision, and persistence. And we are honest with you: like every real startup journey, we have faced challenges.
A marketing agreement that steered us down the wrong path cost us both time and resources. But it also gave us priceless lessons about focus, strategy, and staying true to our vision. Today, we stand smarter, stronger – and more determined than ever.
Our biggest hurdle now is resources. We have the knowledge. We have the vision. We have the plan. Now, we need the fuel – and that fuel is people.
The Mission: 200 New Royalty Program Members – Now!
We are at a critical moment. To push Arctic CoffeeHouse across the launchpad and into full motion, we are aiming to bring 200 new members into our Royalty Program within the next few weeks.
Here’s how you can help:
Invite a friend or two who loves great coffee – and great opportunities.
Share why you believe in Arctic CoffeeHouse on social media.
Connect with coffee lovers who want to be part of a movement, not just a product.
Every new member strengthens Arctic CoffeeHouse. Every new believer accelerates the journey. And every action you take now will shape the rewards you’ll enjoy in the future.
The coffee industry is rising. Arctic CoffeeHouse is ready. And with your continued passion and support, nothing can stop us. Let’s make history – together, one perfect brew at a time.
Best coffee wishes, your Arctic CoffeeHouse Team
The closest Arctic Coffeehouse gets to addressing its collapse is “we have faced challenges” (emphasized in bold above). Reference to a “marketing agreement” might refer to Daxio but this isn’t clarified.
Today there is no mention of Arctic Coffeehouse on Daxio’s website. Daxio’s social media profiles were abandoned in early 2023.
Daxio’s website traffic has been in decline for most of 2024 and 2025. As of March 2024, SimilarWeb was tracking just ~2100 monthly Daxio website visits.
