Bellator Life securities fraud warning from Australia
Bellator Life has received a securities fraud warning from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
ASIC added Bellator Life to its Investor Alert List on October 23rd, 2025.
[Bellator Life] may be offering or advertising, or may have offered or advertised, financial services to Australian consumers.
It does not hold an Australian financial services licence or Australian credit licence from ASIC, and is not authorised by a licensee.
ASIC cites Bellator Life through a Hong Kong corporate address. Bellator Life’s YouTube channel and Twitter profile are also flagged.
Bellator Life is a continuation of securities fraud started with the collapsed CashFlow NFT Ponzi scheme.
Entities related to Bellator Life include Miracle Cash & More, which New Zealand issued a fraud warning against in June 2025.
Bellator Life is fronted by former OneCoin Ponzi promoter Micah Theard:

MiracleCash & More is fronted by convicted fraudster Hakan Torehan:

Like CashFlow NFT, Bellator Life is an MLM crypto Ponzi. Since launch, Bellator Life has:
- launched Miracle Neo money laundering cards;
- rolled out a Ponzi app powered by Iterato; and
- instructed promoters to hide associations with third-party financial partners
As of September 2022, SimilarWeb was tracking ~202,000 monthly visits to Bellator Life’s website. Top sources of Bellator Life website traffic are the US (71%) and the Dominican Republic (29%).
In addition to Australia, Bellator Life is not registered to offer securities in either the US or the Dominican Republic.

I can’t confirm Theard is under house arrest in Cyprus but seems kinda odd the CEO of Bellator isn’t turning up to a Bellator marketing event.
What do you think about this newly released video… youtube.com/watch?v=hV6QzZ1a8OY
All of these guys have issues?
The video is 48 minutes long. The intro suggests it’s just a generic marketing video (Boris CEO branded mugs but no flags, boo!). Was there anything specific in the video?
MetaTerra hasn’t filed anything with the SEC since 2024. Slapping a template news intro on a marketing video and dressing everyone in suits doesn’t make Bellator Life any less of a fraudulent investment scheme.
