Wakaya Perfection @ BehindMLM

Back in 2018 then Wakaya Perfection leader Andre Vaughn and wife Monique were indicted on bankruptcy fraud charges. Unknown to BehindMLM is another federal lawsuit filed in 2021, this time alleging tax fraud.

Just over a year after it launched, Mfinity Global has been sold off to Kannaway’s parent company, Medical Marijuana.

Andre Vaughn’s Feb 2022 Chapter 7 bankruptcy has resulted in a settlement agreement with Youngevity.

Dave and Barb Pitcock have settled the lawsuit Youngevity filed against them. Details of the settlement have not been made public.

The last defendants in the Youngevity v. Wakaya Perfection legal saga are Dave and Barb Pitcock, and Andre Vaughn. Youngevity was scheduled to face off against the Pitcocks and Vaughn on November 1st. That trial date has now been pushed to December 2021. And Andre Vaughn is bankrupt, again.

Mfinity Global follows the collapse of Bulavita last month. Bulavita emerged after LaCore Enterprises bought Wakaya Perfection in late 2019. Under LaCore Enterprises nothing much happened with Bulavita. Then in April  2021 Bulavita entered into a partnership with Juuva. Two months later Bulavita cut ties with Juuva. What’s left of Wakaya Perfection is gearing up to relaunch under its third company name; Mfinity Global. Mfinity Global’s launch follows Wakaya Perfection collapsing and being sold off to LaCore Enterprises. The LaCore acquisition happened in late 2019 and saw Wakaya Perfection rebranded as Bulavita.

Bulavita appears to have been sold off to Juuva. Which is kind of strange, seeing as Bulavita itself is barely a year old.

Youngevity filed suit against Bulavita for trademark infringement late last year. We’ve been tracking the case and so far there haven’t been any significant updates. On January 25th Youngevity was directed to inform the court of the case status, failing which it would be dismissed. On January 26th Youngevity filed its response.
