Kairos Technologies leaders arrested in Belarus
According to news reports out of Belarus, thirty local Kairos Technologies leaders were arrested yesterday.
Belarus’ Department of Financial Investigations used riot police to carry out raids, which in addition to arrests also saw computers, telephones, luxury cars and real estate seized.
Under the guise of offering cloud-services, Kairos Technologies solicit investments which are used to pay off existing investors.
Pending prosecution, those arrested could face up to seven years imprisonment if convicted.

Update 2nd October 2016 – Belarus’ State Control Committee has released an official statement covering the arrests.
well, Belarus has the authoritarian regime, but one thing the president hates a lot is ponzi schemes.
In 2012 most of belarussian leaders of MMM-2011 were arrested during one night by swat teams, which put an end to MMM-2011 there.
