success200-logoAs per registration documents uploaded to the Success200 website, the President of the company is identified as Kenneth Badiola (also goes by Ken Gomez Badiola).

Badiola’s name however does not appear anywhere on the Success200 website however, which is somewhat strange.

Success200’s registration documents point to an address in Quezon City, Philippines. This matches the address provided on the Success200 Facebook page, as well as the company website’s Alexa stats.

At the time of publication, Alexa estimate that 90.7% of all traffic to the Success200 website originates out of the Philippines.

Additionally a vision statement published on the Success200 website specifically targets the “Filipino family”:

Our Vision is to see the Filipino family intact: to empower the Filipino with an alternative source of income, without having to leave their families behind.

Our vision is to let families earn more than enough without having to spend more time labouring instead of enjoying their time together.

ken-Kenneth-Gomez-Badiola-president-success200Prior to launching Success200 a few months ago, Badiola (right) was an affiliate with OKS Global (a collapsed recruitment scheme launched in 2013) and NBO Global (2×1 matrix-based recruitment scheme launched in 2014, also collapsed).

It appears the aim of the launch of Success200 is to continue where both schemes left off.

Unfortunately none of the above products are available for retail sale within Success200.

Instead the products are bundled with matrix positions Success200 affiliates purchase, in order to participate in the Success200 income opportunity.

The Success200 Compensation Plan

The Success200 compensation plan sees affiliates purchase $40 matrix positions and then get paid to recruit others who do the same.

In order to qualify for commissions within Success200, all affiliates must recruit at least two new affiliates.

Commissions themselves are paid out via a splitting 2×3 matrix structure.

A 2×3 matrix places an affiliate at the top of the matrix, with two positions directly under them:

These two positions form the first level of the matrix, with the second level generated by splitting both positions into another two positions each.

The third level is generated via the same process (splitting level 2 positions into another two positions each), resulting in a total of fourteen positions in the matrix.

Affiliates are fed into the matrix top to bottom, with a $210 commission paid when all fourteen positions are filled.

At this point the matrix splits from the second level, with those two positions then forming the top position in two new 2×3 matrices.

In turn the third level moves up to the second level (split two and two in both matrices), with the third level now empty.

The fourth level is then filled via recruitment, with commissions again paid out to the top positions in the new matrices once filled (they are tracked independently of eachother once split).

Note that each Success200 matrix position purchased cycles through four matrices in total, with positions re-entered into the bottom of existing matrices once they cycle out the top (up to four times).

Note that the subsequent second to fourth cycles only pay out $193 per cycle.

All up, one position cycling through Success200 matrices four times equates to a potential $790 ROI off a single $40 position purchase.

Joining Success200

Affiliate membership with Success200 is tied to the purchase of a $40 matrix position and about $7 in admin fees.

Multiple position purchases will add on to this cost (at a rate of $40 per additional position purchased).

Conclusion

Quite obviously Success200 is closely modeled on the OKS Global and NBO Global recruitment scams Kenneth Badiola participated in over the last few years.

Nothing is being marketed to retail customers in Success200, with the products existing solely to offer a paper-thin layer of legitimacy to what is otherwise a straight-up recruitment scheme.

And with affiliates charged an additional $25 per bottle of capsules they wish shipped to them, that’s some pretty thin paper! (what happens if an affiliate doesn’t pay the $25 per bottle shipping fee is unclear)

As to the products themselves, what a line up. Anti-cancer, anti-Alzheimers… time to close down the hospitals folks and replace doctors with Badiola’s Success200 products…

At the core of the Success200 business model is the constant recruitment of new affiliates, who each invest a minimum $40, on the promise of an advertised $790 ROI (four cycles).

With $40 going in per position purchased, a total of twenty positions must be invested in for each $790 ROI paid out.

Those positions then each require twenty new positions each, which also require twenty new positions each… and before you know it things have gotten completely out of hand.

What’s worse is Badiola appears to be fully aware of the nature of Success200, with the following pseudo-compliance disclaimers openly published on the company website:

SUCCESS200 INTERNATIONAL CORP. is a 100% Filipino owned legitimate distribution and manufacturing company. It is not an investment company; we do not sell securities or any guarantees.

Success200 vigorously maintain that it is NOT AN INVESTMENT COMPANY. The commissions of our members are purely base on sales productions or purchases of the products of the company.

Why?

Last month the Philippine SEC issued an investment warning about Success200.

Success200 is not authorized to solicit investments from the public.

The public is hereby advised to exercise self-restraint from investing their money into such investment scheme and to take the necessary precautions in dealing with the above entity.

That products exist in Success200 and are bundled with matrix positions is not in question, but Success200 very much are offering investment positions paying a demonstrated ROI.

Those ROI funds are paid out of funds acquired through subsequent matrix position investment, qualifying Success200 as a frauduly Ponzi investment scheme.

As with all Ponzi schemes, once recruitment of new affiliates in Success200 dries up so too will matrix commissions paid out.

This will first manifest itself by way of matrices taking longer and longer to cycle through, before enough of them stall altogether and trigger a company-wide collapse.

This has evidently already happened in OKS Global and NBO Global, with Success200 set to be no different. Only this time instead of losing money in uncycled positions, Ken Badiola will do a runner with everybody else’s trapped funds.
