sharesrev-logoThere is no information on the SharesRev website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The SharesRev website domain (“sharesrev.com”) was registered on the 20th of April 2015, however the domain registration is set to private.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The SharesRev Product Line

SharesRev has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market SharesRev affiliate membership itself.

Once signed up, SharesRev affiliates are then able to purchase positions in the SharesRev compensation plan.

Bundled with each SharesRev position are a series of advertising credits, which can be used to display advertising on the SharesRev website.

The SharesRev Compensation Plan

The SharesRev compensation plan is a combination matrix cycler and revenue-sharing model.

Note that 40% of all commission payouts must be re-invested back into the company.

Matrix Cycler

Positions in the SharesRev cycler cost $1 with an advertised $1.09 ROI.

SharesRev do not disclose how many new position purchases are required to pay out $1.09 on an existing position.

Revenue Sharing

SharesRev affiliates purchase $5 positions on the promise of an advertised $7.70 ROI.

Revenue is shared daily, with affiliates required to click on five ads every 24 hours to qualify.

Joining SharesRev

Affiliate membership with SharesRev is free, however affiliates must purchase at least one $1 cycler or $5 revenue sharing position to participate in the MLM side of the business.

Conclusion

SharesRev offers up your typical ad-credit based Ponzi scheme.

The cycler component of the scheme sees affiliates invest $1, which is distributed out to existing positions until they each $1.09.

The revenue-sharing component is more broad, but still shares newly invested funds out to existing investors.

Both components of the SharesRev compensation plan are blatantly Ponzi in nature, with a lack of newly invested funds triggering a collapse.

The SharesRev admin being anonymous coupled with the CheapMiniSite website design, are indicators that SharesRev is designed to collapse sooner rather than later.

Through preloaded positions the admin walks away with most of the invested funds, with everybody else losing out.
