m2m-galaxy-logoThere is no information on the M2M Galaxy website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The M2M Galaxy website domain (“m2mgalaxy.com”) was registered on the 5th of May 2015, listing “toney” as the domain owner.

A bogus address in the US is provided, suggesting that the entire M2M Galaxy domain registration is fake.

Further research revealed someone called Dave Jones promoting M2M Galaxy as being part of something called “UR247”.

UR247 is a private Facebook group, consisting of some 2200+ members:

The secret group has nine named admins; Sheri Bonay (alt profile Sherigirl Bonay), Desmond Johnson, Victoria Harris, Neville Easley, Corey Phillip Moran, Jennifer Dazley, Helen Smith and Richard Taylor.

Who is in charge of the group is unclear, however it appears to be a downline builder that attaches itself to various opportunities.

A Facebook post from Sheri Bonay dated May 21st reads:

Woo hoo!! PRAISE GOD!! We just went over 400 in the M2M GALAXY group! This is UR247 Second program and Its JUST LIKE DIRECT PAY BIZ BUT ON A HIGHER PAYOUT! A TRUE TEAM BUILD!

We all sign under and promote the same link and this TRAIN IS MOVIN YALL!

Religion seems to be a common thread among the UR247 admins, with most of them publishing religious themed imagery or quotes on their Facebook timelines.

Another common thread is Achieve Community, with Corey Phillip Moran, Neville Easley and Jennifer Dazley confirmed to have been investors in the scheme.

The other UR247 admins probably were too, but have since deleted traces of their involvement/promotion of the scheme.

Achieve Community was one of the larger matrix cycler schemes of 2014. It was shutdown by the SEC in February, with the regulator revealing it to be a $1.8 billion dollar Ponzi scheme.

Kristi Johnson and Troy Barnes, co-founders of Achieve Community, are currently both facing criminal charges.

Direct Pay Biz meanwhile is a similar matrix cycler Ponzi scheme. A sales pitch on the Direct Pay Biz website proclaims visitors to the site can “turn your $9 into $597,170!”

Whether or not UR247 are running DirectPayBiz or merely shuffling their Facebook group members into it unclear.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The M2M Galaxy Product Line

M2M Galaxy has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market affiliate membership with the opportunity itself.

Once signed up M2M Galaxy affiliates can then purchase matrix positions and participate in the MLM business opportunity.

Bundled with each matrix position purchased are a series of advertising credits, which can be used to display advertising on the M2M Galaxy website itself.

The M2M Galaxy Compensation Plan

The M2M Galaxy compensation plan sees affiliates purchase $50 matrix positions. These positions are then pushed through a series of cyclers, which once filled pay out a commission.

There are three cycler tiers in total, with 2×2 and 2×3 being the matrix sizes of choice.

A 2×2 matrix places an affiliate at the top of the matrix, with two positions directly under them:

These two positions then branch out into an additional two positions each, making up the second level of the matrix (six positions in total).

A 2×3 matrix is much the same, only the second level expands out once more (each position splits again into two more each), resulting in fourteen positions in total:

Commissions in M2M Galaxy are paid out when a matrix is filled, which is referred to as a “cycle”.

How much of a commission is paid out depends on which tier of the matrix cyclers offered a position cycles out of:

  • Stage 1 (positions cost $50, 2×2 with six positions to fill) – pays out $100 and cycles into Stage 2
  • Stage 2 (2×2 with six positions to fill) – pays out $1000, generates two new Stage 1 positions and cycles into Stage 3
  • Stage 3 (3×2 matrix with fourteen positions to fill) –  pays $81,200 and generates two new Stage 1 positions

Joining M2M Galaxy

Affiliate membership with M2M Galaxy is free, however affiliates must purchase at least one matrix position to participate in the income opportunity.

As such, the defacto minimum cost of M2M Galaxy affiliate membership is $50 (the cost of one Stage 1 matrix position).

Conclusion

Modelled on the matrix-cycler schemes UR247’s admins and group members love to join, M2M Galaxy is yet another fraudulent Ponzi investment scheme.

A general breakdown of the scheme sees affiliates invest $50 a pop, on the promise of an eventual $83,200 ROI.

Mathematically this means that for each position to completely cycle through all three of M2M Galaxy’s matrix tiers, a whopping 1664 subsequent matrix positions must be purchased.

Those positions then each require the same, requiring 2.7 million positions to be purchased to fund their cycling in full.

Needless to say that’s not going to happen.

What will happen, by design, is that the admin(s) of M2M Galaxy will withdraw the bulk of invested funds before anywhere near a sizeable amount of positions make it into the upper tiers of Stage 2 and Stage 3.

With recruitment dying down and cycling bottoming out, those positions will effectively stall and nobody will get paid.

With no positions cycling and only peanuts commissions being paid on Stage 1 (perhaps a trickle of Stage 2 commissions will be paid out), eventually things get so bad that the scheme collapses altogether.

Then the admin does a runner with everybody’s money and UR247 drag their members into something else – on the promise of recouping what they lost in M2M Galaxy.

“Don’t worry… this time you’ll get in early and rip off someone else, just like we ripped you off the first time around.”

Given the large nature of the group, I suspect that rather than one admin there are a few behind M2M Galaxy. This would mean they’d divvy up funds trapped in the system as a result of stalled positions.

Of course nobody running UR247 is going to tell you this. Instead all they’ll do is continue to pitch you their MLM underbelly scams – broken dreams and theft of your funds guaranteed.
