health-enriches-fun-club-logoThere is no information on the Health enRiches Fun Club website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The company does have an “about us” page on its website, but only following vague marketing spiel is provided:

Health enriches fun club is subsidiary of Health enRiches Internatinal ltd, which distributes health products to Asia, America, Europe and Africa.

The fun club was created to train and raise Healthy millionaires out of a thin air while the mother company sells the products to its subsidiary members.

The Health enRiches Fun Club website domain meanwhile was registered on the 4th of July 2015, with a “Kevin Affram” listed as the owner. An address in Accra, Ghana is also provided.

health-enriches-fun-club-domain-using-midrain-royale-nameserversI was unable to establish what Affram’s role within or relationship to Health enRiches Fun Club is.

I did note though that the Health enRiches Fun Club website uses the name-servers of MidRain Royale.

On their website, MidRain Royale claim to be

a Network Marketing company which distributes health care products from Malaysia.

It has unique compensation plan to reward her cherish distributors around the globe. The head office is located at Adenta SDA Junction 2nd floor Oswald house, Accra –Ghana.

There is no information about who owns or runs MidRain Royale on their website. The company’s website domain (“midrainroyale.com”) was registered on the 14th of January 2014, however the domain registration is set to private.

By all accounts MidRain Royale appears to have collapsed (Alexa stats reveal little to no activity taking place), with Health enRiches Fun Club looking to be a reboot with products from the same Malaysian suppliers.

Given the Health enRiches Fun Club website uses the MidRain Royle name-servers, it is a given that whoever owns MidRain Royale also owns Health enRiches Fun Club.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The Health enRiches Fun Club Product Line

Health enRiches has no retailable products or services.

Various health and wellness products are provided on the Health enRiches Fun Club website, however these serve only as cycle bonuses, awarded to affiliates through the income opportunity.

The Health enRiches Fun Club Compensation Plan

The Health enRiches compensation plan sees affiliates purchase matrix positions and get paid to recruit others who do the same.

There are two options to sign up as a new enRiches Fun Club affiliate, either as an Active Contributing Member or as a Contract Contribution Member.

Both affiliate membership options utilize a matrix-based compensation structure for commission payouts, with four 5×2 matrix cycler tiers on offer.

A 5×2 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with five positions directly under them (level 1):

The second level of the matrix is created by splitting each of the initial five positions into another five positions each, resulting in a total of thirty matrix positions.

Commissions, either as an Active Contributing Member or Contract Contribution Member are paid out once all positions in a matrix-tier are filled.

Note that these matrices are kept separate, with Active Contributing Members required to recruit Active Contributing Members to fill their matrices.

The Health enRiches Fun Club website states:

Those who sign up for contract membership means they can not bring their 5 people and that the club should do that work for them.

This suggests that a company-wide matrix is used, with newly recruited affiliates allocated as per a single matrix structure shared across the entire affiliate-base.

Active Contributing Member

Active Contributing Member affiliates sign up by paying 220 GHS ($54 USD) and then 25 GHS ($6.22 USD) for ten weeks.

Commissions paid out to Active Contributing Member affiliates across each of the four Health enRiches Fun Club matrix tiers are as follows:

  • Bronze Matrix (positions cost 220 GHS ($54 USD)) – pays a 3000 GHS ($746 USD) commission and position cycles into a Silver Matrix
  • Silver Matrix – pays a 5000 GHS ($1243 USD) commission, cycling affiliate receives a “Samsung mobile phone” and position cycles into a Gold Matrix
  • Gold Matrix – pays a 30,000 GHS ($7462 USD) commission, cycling affiliate receives a “fully paid trip to Dubai with 2000 GHS pocket money” and position cycles into a Platinum Matrix
  • Platinum Matrix – affiliate receives a “Saloon car” and 200 GHS ($49.75 USD) monthly fuel allowance

Contract Contributing Member

Contract Contributing Member affiliates sign up by paying 440 GHS ($109.45 USD) and then 25 GHS ($6.22 USD) for 20 weeks.

Commissions paid out to Contract Contributing Member affiliates acros each of the four Health enRiches Fun Club matrix tiers are as follows:

  • Bronze Matrix (positions cost 440 GHS ($109.45 USD)) – 2000 GHS ($497 USD) and position cycles into a Silver Matrix
  • Silver Matrix – 4000 GHS ($995 USD) and position cycles into a Gold Matrix
  • Gold Matrix – 6000 GHS ($1492 USD) and position cycles into a Platinum Matrix
  • Platinum Matrix – 8000 GHS ($1990 USD) and a “Samsung mobile phone”

For reasons unknown, as a Contract Contributing Member commissions are paid out six months after an affiliate signs up.

Note that Contract Contributing Members are also required to recruit at least four other Contract Contributing Members in order to collect Silver Matrix and above commissions (irrespective of whether their matrices fill or not).

Joining Health enRiches Fun Club

Affiliate membership with Health enRiches Fun Club is tied to the purchase of an Active Contributing Membership (220 GHS ($54 USD) and then 25 GHS ($6.22 USD) for ten weeks) or Contract Contributing Membership (440 GHS ($109.45 USD) and then 25 GHS ($6.22 USD) for twenty weeks).

Any additional matrix position purchases will add to this cost.

Conclusion

With nothing being marketed to or sold to retail customers, Health enRiches Fun Club appears to be a recruitment orientated reboot of MidRain Royale.

Recruitment is the name of the game here, with affiliates choosing to either sign up and get rewarded for their personal recruiting efforts, or that of the wider Health enRiches Fun Club affiliate-base.

Passive affiliates are hit with higher fees and earn less through the compensation plan, placing an emphasis on signing up at the cheaper Active Contributing Membership and personally recruiting new affiliates.

As with all recruitment driven schemes, once recruitment of new affiliates dries up so too will Health enRiches Fun Club commissions.

The matrices pretty much need new positions to be purchased to push through existing positions, without which cycling will slow down before collapsing altogether.

At that point Health enRiches Fun Club will be in a similar state to that of MidRain Royale, at which point whether a third scheme is launched remains to be seen.
