Bitty Rain provide no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.

The Bitty Rain website domain (“bittyrain.com”) was privately registered on October 19th, 2017.

The official Bitty Rain Facebook group lists three admins; Prasanta Kumar, Jane Smith and Helina Kebede.

All three appear to be heavily involved in the MLM underbelly, with various scams promoted on their respective Facebook feeds.

Neither individual claims ownership of Bitty Rain, however affiliate marketing cites Jane Smith (right) as owner of the company.

Ponzi schemes Smith has promoted over the past few months include Double Your BTC, Master Coin Plus and Waszupp Global.

In August Smith was promoting “an awesome program that helps children’s cancer research”.

Bitty Rain Products

Bitty Rain has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Bitty Rain affiliate membership itself.

The Bitty Rain Compensation Plan

Bitty Rain affiliates purchase 0.003 BTC positions in a 2×4 matrix cycler.

A 2×4 matrix places a Bitty Rain affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them:

These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Levels three and four of the matrix are generated in the same manner, housing eight and sixteen positions respectively.

A Bitty Rain affiliate signs up and purchases one or more 0.003 BTC cycler positions.

This unlocks the first level of the cycler, which is filled via position purchases from directly or indirectly recruited affiliates.

Once both level 1 positions are filled, a “cycle” is generated.

A cycle can result in a commission payment and/or the position cycling into the next level of the cycler.

  • level 1 (positions cost 0.003 BTC) – once full position cycles into level 2
  • level 2 – 0.006 BTC commission, cycles into level 2 and generates two new level 1 positions
  • level 3 – 0.01 BTC commission, cycles into level 4 and generates five new level 1 positions
  • level 4 – 1 BTC commission and generates seventy new level 1 positions

Joining Bitty Rain

Bitty Rain affiliate membership is free, however affiliates must purchase one or more 0.003 BTC cycler positions to participate in the attached income opportunity.

Joining Bitty Rain

Bitty Rain is a continuation of the MLM underbelly scams Jane Smith has been promoting.

The math behind the scheme is simple, with a 0.001 BTC payment made on the promise of a 1.016 BTC ROI.

Payments are instantly verified and paid directly to members

As above, taken directly from the Bitty Rain website, cycle commission ROI payments are sourced from other affiliates.

This makes Bitty Rain a Ponzi scheme.

In addition to Ponzi fraud, one complete ROI payout generates a whopping 77 new ROI positions.

With just one cycler position requiring a minimum 1016 0.001 BTC payments to generate a complete ROI, that one ROI payment in turn generates a whopping 78,232 liability in 0.001 BTC payments.

With this kind of math the foundation of the Bitty Rain Ponzi cycler, you can see it won’t take long for the system to get bogged down.

While that’s happening, Jane Smith, Prasanta Kumar and Helina Kebede’s admin positions collect the majority of funds deposited.

When affiliate recruitment dies down, Bitty Rain collapses and they’ll likely move onto something else.

Other than a few early adopters (likely carried over from admin downlines in other scams), the majority of Bitty Rain affiliates will lose money.
