allin25-logoThere is no information on the Allin25 website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The Allin25 website domain (“allin25.com”) was registered on the 21st of January 2016, however the domain registration is set to private.

Alexa currently estimate that some 67% of all traffic to the Allin25 website originates out of Poland. This is a strong indication that Allin25 is being operated by an admin based out of Poland itself.

A look at the source code of the Allin25 affiliate login page reveals a “Denis Mazanov” cited as the author of the content:

denis-mazanov-admin-allin25

Possible due to language-barriers, I was unable to source any further information on Mazanov’s role within Allin25.

Update 5th May 2016 – Additional research from BehindMLM reader NikSam has revealed Denis Mazanov to be a Russian web developer living in Poland. The owner(s) of Allin25 is still a mystery but remains likely based out of Poland. /end update

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The Allin25 Product Line

Allin25 has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Allin25 affiliate membership itself.

Once signed up, Allin25 affiliates are able to purchase matrix positions and participate in the attached MLM opportunity.

Bundled with each matrix position purchase is access to a cloud storage service and ebook library.

The Allin25 Compensation Plan

The Allin25 compensation plan sees affiliates purchase $25 positions in a 4×7 matrix.

A 4×7 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with four positions directly under them:

autoxten-4x4-matrix

These four positions form the first level of the matrix, with the second level generated by splitting each of the initial four positions into another four positions each (16 positions).

The third level of the matrix is generated in the same manner, by splitting each of the second level positions into another four positions each (64 positions).

This process of level generation continues down all seven levels of the matrix, with a complete 4×7 matrix housing 21,844 positions.

Commissions are paid out positions in the matrix are filled, via direct or indirect recruitment of new affiliates.

How much of a commission is paid out is determined by what level of the matrix a position is filled.

General Matrix

  • level 1 (positions cost $20) – receive $8 per position filled (4 positions for a total of $32), $20 of which is withheld to unlock level 2

  • level 3 – receive $16 per position filled (64 positions for a total of $1024), $90 of which is withheld to unlock level 4

A 100% matching bonus is paid out on General Matrix earnings by personally recruited affiliates.

Infinity Ranking Bonus

The Infinity Ranking Bonus allows an Allin25 affiliate to earn a percentage of position purchases made by their downline.

How much of a percentage they receive is determined by the following qualification criteria:

  • Helper (1% Infinity Ranking Bonus) – recruit eight affiliates (four of which have recruited two themselves) and generate an accumulated $1000 in downline position purchases
  • Supporter (2% Infinity Ranking Bonus) – have at least four Helper ranked affiliates in four downline legs and generate an accumulated $6000 in downline position purchases
  • Leader (3% Infinity Ranking Bonus) – have at least three Supporter ranked affiliates in three downline legs and generate an accumulated $20,000 in downline position purchases
  • Boss (4% Infinity Ranking Bonus) –  have at least two Leader ranked affiliates in two downline legs and generate an accumulated $50,000 in downline position purchases

Note that a downline leg is the downline below an affiliate you have personally recruited.

Also note that no more than 50% of downline position purchase volume can be counted from any one downline leg.

Joining Allin25

Affiliate membership with Allin25 is free, however to participate in the MLM opportunity an affiliate must purchase at least one $20 matrix position.

Conclusion

With nothing marketed to or sold to retail customers, what Allin25 bundle with affiliate matrix position purchases is irrelevant.

Affiliates are paid to recruit new affiliates, with commissions generated when newly recruited affiliates pay a fee to qualify them to earn on the same.

The cloud-service and ebook library are neither here nor there, serving only as pseudo-compliance to what is otherwise a recruitment-driven pyramid scheme.

Upon consideration of the math behind Allin25, both matrices require 299,528 linear payments to generate the total amount payable on a matrix position.

Owing to how a matrix fills, the reality is that the actual number of required payments is higher.

In any event, the only positions that are going to get anywhere near those payouts are the preloaded positions the Allin25 admin created before the scheme launched.

You’re basically building the admins downline for him or her, with whatever is left trickling down. And given most of the money is recycled up into the higher level payouts, that’s not much.

As with all recruitment schemes, once recruitment of new affiliates dies down so too will matrix position purchases.

Seeing as affiliates need position purchased to generate commissions, that means no payouts.

In addition to making the most money through the matrices, the Allin25 admin also walks away with funds trapped in the system when it collapses.

You and the rest of the Allin25 affiliates, lose out.
