telexfree-logoLast month we reported that Sanderley Rodrigues had agreed to enter a guilty plea for visa fraud.

At an October 5th hearing Rodrigues entered a guilty plea, which was accepted by the court.

On October 6th Rodrigues filed a motion to waive a presentence investigation report.

In the motion Rodrigues claims there’s no need for the report because

the information in the record enables it to meaningfully exercise its sentencing authority.

The motion was granted on October 7th and Rodrigues is currently scheduled to be sentenced on November 15th.
