telexfree-logoLast week James Merrill’s probation officer recommend the current curfew and monitoring in place be removed.

Since the restrictions were imposed two years ago, Merrill has only violated his curfew once in a minor incident he accepted full responsibility for.

In an order issued on July 26th, Judge Hennessy signed off on the Probation Officer’s request.

The request of the Probation Office is ALLOWED and the conditions of curfew and electronic monitoring are stricken.

Merrill’s passport is still confiscated, but he’s now able to travel anywhere within the US at will.

His criminal trial is currently scheduled to begin in October.
