Jeunesse’s Theresa Gregory sentenced to 36 months in prison

Last year Jeunesse top-earner Theresa Gregory was busted for tax fraud by the IRS. After pleading guilt to the charges in August 2020, Gregory was earlier this week sentenced to 36 months in prison.


Jeunesse still illegally operating in China, reports local media

Knowledge Economy has published an article expressing surprise at Jeunesse accepting orders from Chinese residents. Top Jeunesse earner Theresa Gregory busted for tax fraud

Top Jeunesse earner Theresa Gregory and her daughter Tera Gore, have plead guilty to multi-million dollar tax fraud. According to an investigation by the IRS, Gregory has been in the MLM industry “since the 1990s”. With the aid of her daughter, Gregory began committing tax fraud from around January 2008.


$770 million worth of Jeunesse products seized in China

A report from Morning News Direct Sales alleges that Jeunesse products worth 1.5 billion yuan were seized on May 19th. The haul equates to $210 million dollars in seized inventory, and is the second largest seizure of Jeunesse products to date.

Jeunesse RICO settlement receives final approval, appeal filed

Jeunesse RICO settlement challenged

Back in August it was announced Jeunesse had settled a lawsuit alleging RICO violations for $2.5 million. Through an amicus curiae brief filed on December 7th, Truth in Advertising (TINA) has opposed the settlement.
